Pros: The location is great; right in the heart of a big street market selling fish, meat and vegetables. Lots of noisy eateries with fresh produce and better prices than in the more upmarket parts of Palermo

Cons: The bathroom wasn't en-suite, which may put off some; but it was clean and the shower was good

Perfect location right in the heart of Ballarò Market!

Pros: The apartment has a great atmosphere – clean, modern, and nicely furnished rooms. The balcony with a seating area overlooking the lively market is absolutely fantastic and makes the stay unforgettable. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking with fresh local ingredients. A great choice for those who want to feel the real Palermo! 🇮🇹✨

Cons: There was some noise from neighboring rooms, which could be a bit annoying at times, but considering the location, price, and overall experience, we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Easy check-in with code and clear indications. Very nice room, super clean. Comfortable bed. Access to the kitchen is a big plus.

Super fine B&B next to Mercato Ballaro

Pros: The room and bathroom are very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was really nice to have a kitchen and terrace. I arrived walking from the train station through Mercato Ballaro at 1 pm. when it was most noisy and feared what the B&B would be like, but it is completely soundproof. The new design of the B&B is completely different from the rather beat-up neighborhood of Albergheria. I would like to come again.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Nice stay in the center

Pros: Nice modern room, comfortable bed, well-equipped, big terasse, right next to the historical center, nice staff.

Cons: The area gets sketchy in the night, some groups of men are hanging out right at the corner of the building, try to sell you drugs. We didn't feel so comfortable coming home at night. In general the street is stinky because of the market, there is trash everywhere and it's loud. You also hear everything from other rooms. But the room itself and staff was perfect.

Pros: The room is nice, you have everything you need from facilities, in the middle of ballarò market. I recommend

Cons: There is a bad smell in the toilets sometimes from the ventilation system, hot water not always available.

Pros: The apartment was clean, and had a nice view over the market. There was a balcony with chairs so you could have a glass of wine while observing the street life. Bathroom was nice.

Pros: We were extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and communication with the host. The location is perfect – very close to the centro storico, with the vibrant Ballarò market right under the building. Our windows faced the opposite side, so it was calm and quiet. The place itself is recently renovated, clean, and well maintained – we even saw the lovely cleaning lady every morning. The only downside was that some other guests didn’t clean the kitchen after themselves, which of course is not the owner’s fault. In general it was an amazing place to stay!

Pros: While the building and stairs appear a bit old and worn, the rooms are clean and modern. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions. The coffee and kitchen are also nice.

Cons: The pillowcase appeared unchanged, as I found someone else’s hair on it. In the evening, people were shouting outside, which made me feel a bit unsafe.

Would stay here again.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable. Really good location with everything being a short walk away. Had everything you need. Included a private bathroom across the room which was very nice and clean. People and the cleaning lady that was there were nice :)

Cons: Everything was good. Bathroom did make a loud noise when the tap was turned on but it didn’t really matter.
