It was exceptional.

Pros: Out original room had some plumbing issues but we were moved to another location which was perfectly situated and equipped.

Wonderful!

Pros: Fabulous breakfast! The owners and staff are really lovely. Kind, helpful and can't do enough to make you feel welcome.

Good value for money. Not great check in.

Pros: Property very clean and comfortable bed. All very nice indeed and excellent for the price. Air conditioning in bedroom. The breakfast lady was charming and provided a good array of pastries and breakfast items - possibly one of the best breakfasts on our trip.

Cons: Main thing was the contacts not being available to check us in or answer their phones. We waited 45 mins on the street having agreed a time. Once you are in though, it’s fine. Ceilings are low in the bedroom we weren’t too bothered.

Pros: Extremely helpful staff, who helped us despite major flight delays. Also the breakfast was delicious!

Excellent value for money in this wonderful vibrant , multicultural and historic city.

Pros: Near the station. Within easy walking of main sights. Very helpful staff. Gave us an early breakfast and ordered a taxi on our early departure.Comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, large shower with nice toiletries, lots of towels, tea making facilities in the room. Large and varied breakfast.

Cons: Two flights of stairs( we are quite elderly!)

Pros: Very clean room in a great condition. Very nice breakfast with lots of options.

Cons: Check-in process was quite confusing and the communication could have been a lot better. It was impossible to enter the building and there was no signage or instructions anywhere on the door. The complicated check-in process was not explained beforehand, and the contact numbers provided were taking a long time to reply to messages making the whole process very long and confusing.

Pros: The price-performance ratio is very good. Accommodation is clean and nice. One of the few places, where you will eat salty breakfast in Italy, ma'am on the breakfast was very kind. Apartment has very good position just few minutes by walk from center, in the nearby are grocery stores, restaurants and local markets.

Cons: The only problem was, that we didn't know our room is in the attic, so for my tall boyfriend had to everytime walking with head bowed. Apartment is located in a noisier neighborhood, if you want to have opened window or balcony, you will hear noise from outside. Nothing for light sleepers.

Satisfied overall with my stay.

Pros: (A) The location was quite convenient and (B) The owner/manager was very helpful and considerate.

Cons: (A) The continuing noise throughout the night from residents near the property was quite troublesome.
