Palermo is amazing and this is an excellent retreat from the chaos outside.

Pros: Very high quality room fitting and decoration. Ivan was very responsive and helpful. Lift to property. … and very good pillows 👍

Cons: Could do with a kettle for tea drinkers. Road directly outside is quite busy, but glazing is excellent quality.

If you're there to party, go for it. A bargain. If you value your sleep, avoid at all cost.

Pros: The room was perfectly clean, modernised, spacious for a single room. The windows/balcony door were new and held the substantial street noise at a reasonable level during the day. The building has a lift, thankfully, as the building is very large. The location is very central and within easy reach of many of the cathedral, Quattro Canti etc.

Cons: The check-in process was very poor. We received absolutely no prior information other than the address, and were told to send a WhatsApp message when we were at the front door of a massive building. We did that, but after 15 minutes there was no reply and I had to call the contact number. Only thereafter were we told which floor the property is on and which room it is. This is not acceptable. The building lies on one of the main roads and the noise is deafening. It gets worse at night as a bar directly below has an outside area, and there is an abundance of shouting, singing etc. The main road has heavy traffic all through the night. Not for the faint-hearted.

Pros: I definitely recommend it. An apartment practically surrounded by monuments. Perfect location, quiet apartment, interior as pictured, beautiful huge windows, comfortable large bed, pillows so comfortable it was hard to get up. On cooler nights, the apartment was heated by air conditioning. The windows overlooked two streets, and there was a balcony from which it was pleasant to gaze at the main street with a cup of coffee. I have an obsession with cleanliness, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Towels were changed daily, and an iron was also available upon request. To top it all off, the owner was professional, friendly, and extremely communicative. He was a great help in planning our stay and immediately agreed to leave our luggage for a few hours on checkout. The apartment is on the main street in a well-maintained tenement building, with security and monitoring – quiet and safe. 100% satisfaction. The apartment, the lady who keeps it clean, and the owner are 10/10.

We feel at home by staying at this b&b. The host helps us a lot to let us have a smooth trip.

Pros: Location is good. It’s close to train station and sightseeing area. Supermarket is hundreds meter away. Host is friendly and offer useful information for our tour.

Pros: Location was close to train station and close to main attractions (both within 5-10 min walk). Ivan was very helpful with self assisted check in (we arrived late, approx 8pm), very helpful with reccommendations and just an all round nice guy. Room was modern and comfortable.

Cons: The hôtel is in a restricted car zone so it’s kind of hard to park around… We had a 10 mins walk to get to the hôtel from a free parking But it’s not that horrible

Pros: Super comfortable room. Soundproofing a blessing from the hustle and bustle outside. Location great,just what we wanted! felt local, not touristy. Walking distance from everything we needed. Ivan was super attentive host, not on site but totally available.
