Dog friendly trip

Pros: A little oasis in Palermo. Our bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Very dog friendly.

October stay in Ballaro

Pros: Beautiful old building, great location for the Old Town, very friendly helpful staff and quiet at night, though noisy in the day/ evenings. Delicious breakfast.

Cons: Bathroom needed some work on the seals around the shower and wash basin, beds could be more comfortable, but it was end of the season and building work was about to start. These small points did not spoil our stay.

Pros: Beautifully decorated property in a great location within walking distance to all the must sees of Palermo. Warm and welcoming staff who make you feel so much at home. Delicious breakfasts too.

Fabulous hotel, superb staff, would highly recommend. Thank you for a perfect stay in Palermo.

Pros: The property was beautiful, with an exceptional lounge and breakfast areas, inside and with a garden. Close proximity to all the main historic monuments and churches and the fabulous Ballarò market. The room was a lovely size and the bathroom was lovely. Air conditioning worked very well. Although we loved the property in terms of architecture and art, the very best thing about this property is the staff, they were fabulous. Daniela and her team could not have done more to help us, arranging restaurants, booking taxis, providing a wonderful breakfast. The room was tidy and fresh by the time we got back each day from an activity. We would not hesitate to return to or recommend this property

Pros: The property was absolutely beautiful. Our double room and bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast every morning in the outside courtyard or garden which was lovely. The staff were so helpful at suggesting places to visit in Palermo as well as organising an airport transfer and dinner reservations for us. Would highly recommend staying here!

A perfect respite

Pros: Staff were lovely, helpful. Aesthetic’s beautiful and having outside space wonderful.

Cons: The only negative was, I would’ve liked a full length mirror and coffee tea in room.
