Pros: Nice and clean accommodation, with a friendly and helpful owner. The location, close to the central station, markets, and main Palermo sights, is great. However, the nearby streets were quite rough — but we didn’t feel unsafe and considered it part of the Palermo experience.

Cons: The wardrobe/rack for clothes was rather small, and we could hear some noise from the neighbors above our room.
