Palazzo del Bono suites

Good.

Pros: Location superb. Hosts very helpful. Room decor superb. Bathroom large and clean.

Cons: We ate breakfast on patio; but this area was closed to guests for the rest of the day. Breakfast was mediocre.

Heart of Palermo

Pros: It was a beautiful historic building entered via a large door and courtyard . Andy was great to deal with and made us feel welcome. Helped us with everything we needed. The lady there even did some washing for us and bought it back fresh and dry . Amazing service. Our room was large , clean and comfortable. The roof was high with wooden beams decorated. Bathroom large and clean. As was linen. Our Room was cleaned every day and breakfast while simple was sufficient for us. Felt very safe in such a busy street. Even though it was loud outside we couldn’t hear anything with the triple windows. Tea water and kettle in room. It felt homely with all the art work, China, books and furniture . Loved this place

Cons: Maybe bed was a little firm for me but my partner liked it.

Pros: Large, comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location on main pedestrian street very close to Palermo sights and train station. Would return.

Cons: Breakfast was good but could have been a bit more varied.

The owners gave us the best tips for restaurants and spots and they are very polite e helpful!! I would stay here again

Pros: The property is very central in via maqueda, perfect spot to walk most famous attractions

Cons: The only thing I would recommend is to invest is in softer pillows, the mattress very confortante but pillows a bit too rigid. Bathroom very well equipped with shampoo conditioner and bath soap and the shower is really big and with strong hot water, very pleasant.

Excellent location, friendly and attentive hosts, large and well-furnished room, good breakfast.

Pros: Alessandro and Alessandra were perfect hosts. The hotel experiences some minor technical problems, mostly with electricity and plumbing issues, but our hosts quickly remedied them. It will take some time and investment to solve them permanently. Other than this, our stay was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the location excellent.

Cons: As mentioned, there were some short power failures and a slow shower drain but these did not seriously impact our stay.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, stylowy i duży apartament, dobre śniadania i - przede wszystkim - super gospodarz Alessandro: bardzo sympatyczny i zaangażowany człowiek.

Cons: Bez wad.

Pros: Tutto molto bello.

Estada molt agradable a Palermo!

Pros: L’habitació era enorme i molt bonica com tota la casa. Està molt ben situat

Cons: L’esmorzar podria millorar

Cons: Le petit dejeuner.
