Great value for money. We recommend.
Pros: The host is warm, friendly, and welcoming. The BnB is exactly as described. Everything is very clean and the facilities are of good quality. Everything you need is provided. The location is easy to access and very quiet at night. The room is like a hotel room. Breakfast is included (coffee, cakes, fruit, milk, etc.). The common area is spacious. The decor is pleasant.

Pros: Everything was so great. Host was really nice and helpful. There were 2 separated very clean bathroom to share. Sweet breakfast and delicious coffe also included on every morning. Truly recommend. I definitely will come back to this place 😊

Great vaule for money, breakfast included.
Pros: Great value for money. The apartment is 15-20 minutes by walk to city center, near the bus stop. In near surrounding there is 24/7 grocery store and some restaurants and bars. The breakfast is included. There are 2 shared bathrooms for 5 rooms what is better than 1. You can pay city tax by card, there is self checkin, so you can arrive anytime you need.
Cons: There are 5 rooms and only 3 tables in kitchen so it can be small during full occupancy. The kitchen is poor equipped - there is only microwave, water boiler, fridge and coffee machine, so you cannot cook there even simple dish such as pasta.

Pros: I had a fabulous one-night stay (1 person) in this B&B. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. I showed up an hour earlier, unannounced, as I just wanted to leave my luggage, and they kindly let me check into my room. There are two shared bathrooms, so there's a high chance one is available when you need it. The breakfast is typical Italian - a few variations of coffee and pastries. The location is amazing, all major sights are in walking distance. I took a bus shuttle transfer from the airport, and the station was near 10 minutes away on foot from the B&B. Would recommend!

Clean and fair for the price despite the cleaning noise
Pros: The property is very clean and had a fair breakfast
Cons: - Hot water wasn’t enough and even you take a super fast shower the other has to wait over 30min to take a hot shower. - They start cleaning the comum area and other rooms around 8/8:30. Even the breakfast sign says 6-10am you can barely eat your food peacefully. Or get some rest after 8/8:30am

Nice B&B in a good location
Pros: The property is located in a good location - many tourist locations can be reached on foot. We came from the airport by train, and it was also easy to walk from the station. Convenient self check-in thanks to the video instructions. The accommodation itself is like a small apartment with five rooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are very well equipped, everything is well thought out. There is a small shared kitchen-dining room where you can have breakfast or coffee.
Cons: The window in our room had shutters that did not open, so there was not enough light in the room. It would also be desirable to add more lighting points. The soundproofing is not perfect, but since we had quiet neighbours, it didn't bother us. But our overall impression of the accommodation is positive.

If we go to Palermo, it is a facility I will stay at again.
Pros: We were able to communicate very easily with the owner in English. The location is very central. We were able to reach the center of Palermo from the house very easily. Many famous brand stores are very close to the house. The facility does not have a parking lot. However, you can easily park your car in the white and blue marked parking areas on the side of the road. The owner has enlightening information about parking as well as all other issues. There is Wi-Fi connection in the facility. Wi-Fi reception is reasonable.
Cons: The room could have been a little bigger. For 4 people with suitcases, the space is very tight.

In Palermo, B&B il Poeta is your Place!!!
Pros: Everything was incredible. One of the best places I've never been. Me and my friend were in love with the place. Excellent food, excellent instalations, and the ladies of the house were AMAZING. We both fall in love with them. We recomend this place to everyone who goes to Palermo, if we come back another time, we will go to this place again for sure.
