Lovely hosts, nice place
Pros: Lovely hosts, nice place, traditional apartment, breakfast was good
Cons: A little noisy at times, very small hot water tank - my shower got cold 3 mins in after my partner had one first, and breakfast was a bit overrated for what other reviews indicate, not a very central location but fine for an extended walk to city centre.

Fantastic accommodation and wonderful hosts.
Pros: The owners are truly special people. It was a fantastic time, it felt like staying with relatives rather than just being guests. The apartment was very clean. We were also given a list of all the places worth visiting, as well as recommendations for various cafés😊😍

Pros: Our one week long stay was great. Yolanda is a wonderful – warm and incredibly hospitable. The breakfast with homemade pastries and great coffee is simply delicious. The rooms are clean comfortable and above all furnished in great taste. The location is perfect – 2 minute walk to Palermo Lolli. The check-in was incredibly easy and smooth. If we come to Sicily Again, we will surely stay at Yolanda’s place! Highly recommended. Thank you!!

Pros: We genuinely felt at home. The hosts and their hospitality were just amazing, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the breakfast, every day we met people at the table and shared our go-to places and tips. Everything was amazing!

Lovely stay in a charming B&B
Pros: The family managing the B&B were absolutely charming — very kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. The room was beautiful: spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom was also spotless, which made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was included, and overall the breakfast offering was nice and enjoyable. Close to the metro station going to the airport and the train station.
Cons: Breakfast is nice, but only sweet pastries are offered — it would be better to have some savory / more balanced options. No central heating: heating is only via air-conditioners in the bedrooms, so it was a bit cold in the apartment. The plug-in scent diffusers in the bathroom emit strong, artificial chemical smells which are not pleasant.  Location is a bit remote: while the residential area is calm (no noisy bars), it takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to reach the city centre.

Pros: The room was clean, airy and very funcional. The bathroom was shared with one room only, which most of the time was not a problem at all. The location is great, right next to a train station where airport trains arrive and within a nice walk from all the attractions. But what really made the difference is the first class hospitality of the owners and their readiness to give helpful recommendations or help with any requests. Would definitely come again!

Perfect
Pros: We stayed here for one night and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was very comfortable, the bed was amazing, and we slept so well. The bathroom was spotless, and the whole place had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel right at home. And the breakfast, just perfect! You could really tell it was prepared with care and love. The value for money was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Palermo. Highly recommended!

Pros: Casa Jolanda is a lovely place to stay. Carlotta is very friendly but also very professional. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The area felt very safe and it was a short walk to the station for a train into the centre.

Pros: Everything was awesome. People super nice! Breakfast amazing! Location is great. If you come by train from Airport you have around 1hr to walk here. You walk through marketplace and around famous places. In neighborhood you have lot to see and very good places where to eat! 10/10

A place where you can feel like home even when your far away from it❤️
Pros: The best thing about staying at Casa Jolanda is for sure the chance of meeting the nicest hosts I have ever encountered; Rosi and Claudio were there every morning with a mindblowing breakfast ready and very eager to help us find places and things to do to enjoy our stay. Plus, Carlotta helped us from the very first time we set foot on the island and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect since it is walking distance from the city center and there are free parking spots (with white lines or no lines) nearby. It is quiet yet filled with restaurants where you can enjoy delicious meals. The place wasn’t clean, it was SPOTLESS! We had a set of towels for each guest which was changed every two days and we could enjoy a calm and resting moment everyday at Casa Jolanda. It is truly the best place in town to stay and I wish there was a Casa Jolanda at every city I have the chance to visit, because we have loved our stay at Sicily thanks to them.
Cons: There’s nothing that we could say we didn’t like because Casa Jolanda is simply WONDERFUL!
