A comfortable and well-located stay with good cleanliness, but some limitations in shared facilities and occasional nois

Pros: The property is located in the center of Palermo, in a fairly safe area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, including useful amenities such as a fridge in the room. The bathroom was also large and convenient. A special mention goes to the very kind cleaning lady, who helped us and cleaned the room every day, making our stay more pleasant.

Cons: Unfortunately, it was not possible to use the kitchen, and there were no basic facilities available to heat water or prepare a simple tea (for example, a kettle). Additionally, on several occasions, other tenants live or stay in the same flat were shouting, which was quite disturbing.

Pros: The room in the b&b was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was also good and clean. The location is good, around 15 minutes walk from the city and a 5 minutes walk from the train station to the airport. There are a lot of good places to eat or grab a coffee in the neighborhood. It's a good place for couple nights in Palermo and to explore the city.

Cons: There was a randomly repeating noise (like drilling) which wasn't the best wakening noise.

Pros: Quiet area of Palermo but still close to city with around 10min walking distance. Quick and easy check in. Clean and spacious room. Good value for your money.

Excellent place to stay

Pros: Paolo and Maria were fantastic hosts. Super friendly and welcoming. The room was as described with everything needed for the stay. The room was cleaned every day and there were so many recommendations and information about the city provided too to make city exploring super easy. The flat is located in an ideal location, just a stone throw from the city center with ideal connections to the airport coach and local buses. Can only highly recommend the B&B and would choose the place again for our next return visit to Palermo. Grazie mille Paolo e Maria!

Pros: We stayed here only one night, Francesca room is spacious with the high ceiling and nice design. Location not very close to center, near Notarbartolo train station with lot of trains to-from the airport. Because of early leaving have no chance to taste breakfast :)

Cons: Private but external bathroom ten meters down the corridor was a bit of challenge :)
