Superb host and super clean apartment with a private parking spot!

Pros: The host was just amazing! Available 24/7 and kind! The apartment is huge! Having 3 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. It can accommodate a bunch of people. Everything was super clean! We got a lot of welcome gifts: wine, homemade pie and some snacks. I loved the neighbourhood and the apartment location, not in the city centre. Huge shopping mall is only 4 min drive from the apartment. I will definitely come back! P.s. rent a car to experience all the beauty Sicily has to offer!

Pros: Great communication and the location was a short tram or taxi ride into the heart of town. The location was also near the biggest shopping mall. We were able to park our car in the private car park which was a bonus and gave us peace of mind that the car was safe. The apartment is massive.

Spacious appartment for a family

Pros: The owners are very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with some local sweets, wine, pastries and milk. Coffee pods for the coffee machine and a bottle of water. They had great communication. - wifi worked well - washing machine - Dishwasher - coffee machine and pods - on-site parking for 1 car - air conditioning - large shopping center within a 10 minute walk - tram into Palermo 10-15 minute walk.

Cons: - it was a little far from Palermo city center but easy enough to get to with a walk and a tram or bus. Great if you have a car and plan to explore Cefalù or other areas along the coast.

We enjoyed our stay

Pros: Apartment is in perfect condition, spacious, super clean and has everything you need including private parking. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo and the beautiful beaches in the area. If you have a car, it takes only 30-40 minutes to reach Cefalu. Large shopping center Forum, several supermarkets, bus and tram stop to Palermo city center are close to the apartment. Fabio is a great host, he welcomed us with a delicious cake, a bottle of wine, cold water and milk and he was always available for all our questions.

Pros: Fabio was the perfect host. The apartment was clean and had everything to have an ideal experience there, including coffee and confectionery. We had a problem with the shower one morning, and Fabio solved it in a couple of hours. We'll come back if we can!

Großes, gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit sehr nettem Gastgeber

Pros: - sehr großes Appartment mit 2 Schlaf- und Badezimmern - gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. - sehr netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sich bei der persönlichen Schlüsselübergabe noch Zeit für Tipps Rund um die Stadt genommen hat. Jederzeit über Whatsapp erreichbar - großes, modernes Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Perfekt zum Shoppen und Essen - gute Anbindung an die Tram, die direkt ins Zentrum fährt (ca. 15-20 Minuten)

Cons: - Leider nicht die beste Gegend, sehr vermüllt und dreckig

Pros: Apartament był świetnie wyposażony, miał wszystko co potrzeba. Idealne miejsce, aby spędzić czas większą grupą. Poza sypialniami jest ogromny salon z wielkim stołem jadalnianym. Przemiły gospodarz, który przywitał nas winem i słodyczami, zawsze pomocny.

Cons: Okolica tzn. Palermo jako miasto

Pros: Appartamento molto grande, spazioso, e super accessoriato. Il proprietario è una persona estremamente gentile e molto disponibile. Valore aggiunto di non poco conto. Torneremo sicuramente

Pros: L'appartamento di Fabio e stato una scelta eccelente ,spazioso pulito e molto accogliente, curato in ogni dettaglio. La presenza del parcheggio e stata davvero comoda, sopratutto per chi arriva in auto . il Proprietario Fabio una brava persona , e stato Gentile e disponibile ,rendendo il soggiorno ancoro piu piacevole .Consiglio vivamente questo allogio...ci rivedremo..
