Perfect apartment for relaxing stay in Palermo

Pros: I’m surprised the rating isn’t higher. Looked exactly like the pictures and had 2 layers of curtains to block out light (as shown in the pictures), which seemed to be the majority of complaints. Location is perfect if you have the car to get away from the city center and be in a relaxing environment with the mountains + gated parking. Very clean and modern decor and plenty of space. Sofa bed converts to a full sized bed and is as comfortable as a normal bed. There’s two separate balconies that overlook the surrounding mountains

Cons: Checking in was a bit difficult since needed the owner to let us in remotely. Have to call to open the gate each time + pillows were a bit hard to sleep on (hard memory foam). Would’ve been nice to have some hangers + rod in the bedroom closet to hang clothes, but none of these things took away from the enjoyability of the stay.

Pros: Ho apprezzato molto il soggiorno in questa struttura. Il parcheggio interno è stato davvero comodo, così come la terrazza, ideale per rilassarsi. L'appartamento era accogliente e ben curato, con piccoli dettagli che ho trovato molto graditi, come le cialde del caffè, le bustine del tè e le bottigliette d'acqua messe a disposizione.

Cons: L'unico aspetto negativo è stata l'assenza di tapparelle, che avrebbe garantito maggiore buio e privacy durante la notte. Anche delle semplici tende oscuranti sarebbero state sufficienti a migliorare il comfort.

Pros: L'appartement est confortable, spacieux et fidèle au descriptifs et photos de l'annonce. Bonne communication avec l'hôte Giorgio.

Cons: Les allées et venues des camions de l'entreprise juste à côté, dans la même cour que l'appartement sont gênantes. La nécessité d'appeler l'hôte Giorgio pour l'ouverture du portail extérieur en dehors des heures d'ouvertures de l'entreprise à côté n'est pas top. Le manque de volet ou de rideaux occultants dans la chambre est gênant et ne facilite pas le sommeil.
