Spacious appartment on the outskirts of Palermo

Pros: Beautiful, large and modern apartment • The perfect choice for those who have a car and don't want to deal with parking in the center • Amazing balcony with mountain and city views • The accommodation was absolutely clean, everything was sparkling • Nice breakfast, we could try something typically Italian • I would stay there again, but I would choose a date in the summer

Cons: We stayed in March and it was cold in the apartment (there was no heating, only AC). The warm water from the water heater was only enough for 1 person, the other had to wash in cold water. • Not suitable for guests without a car, the walk to the center is not very nice • We had to pay quite a high fee for the tourist tax of €16 for both of us and a fee of €10 for late check-in (even though we arrived around 5 PM). The tourist tax in Catania was only €2 per person, so that's strange. • The house was very noisy, you could hear everything from other apartments

Pros: The flat is gorgeous and clean. It has everything what you may need for your stay(dryer, iron, cutleries and even cotton disk). We had an amazing time. Thank you!

Spacious appartment that has everything you need and a lovely host, thank you Ricky❤️

Pros: The host is lovely. Ricky is very attentive, he asks regularly if you need anything, he answers all questions, also provides food recommendations. There is plenty of towels and a fresh set of linen if you want to change your bed. There is everything you need in the appartment, including a small kitchen where you can cook a simple meal like pasta, a washer, lines on the balcony for airdrying, a blowdryer, ironer, even cotton buds and razors. It's a very good value for money .

Cons: Could add a shower curtain around the bath (we prefered showering over bathing in the bathtub)

A good base for exploring Palermo if you have a car.

Pros: A quite large and nice apartment with decent amenities. Peaceful, quiet area a bit outside the city, but easy to reach nearby shops and the old town if you have a car. There was no problem with parking. The host was very helpful and communicative. Beautiful view of the mountains from the bedroom, especially during sunrise.

Cons: The bathroom could be a bit more modern, as it lacked a bit of comfort.

Perfect accommodation

Pros: Perfect accommodation with everything you need. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Ricky lives next door so he is always helpful and in touch. He takes extra care of his guests. The accommodation is further from the centre but easy to get there by public transport, which is sometimes unreliable, so it is always better to travel early.

Cons: It would be better to have a TV in the bedroom instead of the living room. Apart from that, the accommodation is great and so is the owner. We recommend and would love to come back. :)

Pros: It's a little outside from main tourist places but when you are traveling with a car, this is the place to stay. There is a really big shopping center nearby which was also nice. The owner was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay next time when I visit Palermo.

Cons: There was no shower curtain. That was the only con but I told the owner he said he will put a curtain there. 😉

Nice place not close to the center

Pros: The location was ideal for someone with car - parking in the street, Ricky made sure you parked in the right place to not get a ticket :) It was kind of in the suburbs, quiet place but not close to the center of palermo - so i recommend staying here with a car. As for the apartment-it was really clean and nice, 4th floor but with elevator.

Cons: everything was great

Pros: We had a perfect stay sith Ricky! The appartement is gorgeous - very big and spacious, there is absolutely everything you need! There was even a breakfast for us which was very sweet., And Ricky is just amazing - vso helpful, so responsive, he answered all of our questions and gave us very useful tips on where to go and park in Palermo. I recommend it 100%

Mooi appartement aan de rand van Palermo

Pros: Ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding. Aan alles wat je nodig hebt is gedacht, heel fijn. Ligt in niet in het centrum, dus vooral handig als je eigen vervoer hebt.

Cons: De check-in-tijd is erg kort (1,5 uur) en daarbuiten moet je 10 euro extra betalen. Dat snap ik nog steeds niet. Badkamer heeft een bad en de douchekop kun je niet ophangen. Dat wordt blijkbaar binnenkort verholpen tijdens een renovatie.
