Great place

Pros: Great place to stay. Nice and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Host is very easy to communicate with, and quick to help with things. Great sunsets.

Cons: It would be good to have a few more comfortable seats/sofas

Good value for money! I would recommend the place to friends.

Pros: Perfect and quiet location. Every room has its own bathroom.

Cons: Only one air condition for the whole apartment. The rooms have no windows.

Amazing sunsets, views, eating and living alfresco and evening barbecues

Pros: The open air kitchen with the sea views was a real bonus. Barbecue on hand was perfect too (we didn't need the local restaurants). The sunsets are amazing. Macari is a small village but is an easy about 10 minutes drive into San Vito Lo Capo. I would recommend the Conad for supplies and shopping. Its on the approach to San Vito on the right. Watch you don't miss the narrow entrance. There are a couple of smaller supermarkets in the town. Sadly, our experience in one of them was disappointing. Lacking in choice, unfriendly and rude. Locals jumping till queues also not good.

Cons: The hot water to the property was somewhat hit and miss. There was none on the day of our departure which was not good. Sounded like there was a problem with the solar panels.

We'll definitely be back - a large, clean apartment in a great location

Pros: Serena is a lovely host. Great location with a sea view and well-tended garden space. Glimpses of Monte Cofano from the ground floor apartment through the garden. The sunsets were great. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, huge fridge, and a large laundry too. Lovely tiled floor. It was all very clean and comfortable. The whole apartment was large and would be great for a family too. Both bedrooms (we only used one) have their own bathrooms. It feels like the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Parking was right outside too.

Cons: Somewhere to put bags, coats and shoes near the entrance would be useful. The middle apartment on the ground floor didn't have a lot of windows, so you might feel a bit \

A great jumping off point for all the climbing and hiking in the area out of town.

Pros: Fantastic location, a little out of San Vito but a short drive to a supermarket with everything you need. Watch the sunset over the sea from the garden with a BBQ. Perfect.

Cons: The old Teflon cooking pots and pans could probably do with a refresh but it has everything you need for basic cooking.

Splendid stay!

Pros: Amazing view across the Santa Margherita bay with beautiful sunsets. Serena the host was very helpful, any questions you might have she does her best to answer and help. They live above the property but do not interfere at all, it really feels like having the place to yourself. Good parking on-site and very close to beautiful beaches and San Vito Lo Capo. We stayed in the 3 bed room house, the house stays cool and has a good A/C installed. Very clean and there were even basic ingredients in the cupboards and a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. Brilliant stay.

Pros: Magic place for having a nice time with your Friends. Small village surrounded by beautiful nature. Our whole group including all children loved IT! Nothing to complain about. The place, flat, garden & view is fantastic and be there in April for special nature in full color and smell ;-)

Pros: Serena è fantastica, sempre disponibile. ha risposto alle mie mille domande con sorriso e gentilezza. Questa casa per noi è stata perfetta, ha tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno e la cucina fuori è molto comoda perché cosi non fai odore all'interno. La vista mare è mozzafiato e il giardino è un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. La posizione è perfetta, sei a due passi da San Vito lo capo e anche alle altre mete. Ma ciò che rende questa casa veramente speciale è la gente del posto: incredibilmente gentili e ospitali, ti fanno sentire come a casa tua, nel paese c'è un bar-pizzeria molto buono e il ristorante Azzurra Macari dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. I tramonti stupendi sono il tocco finale per una esperienza unica e indimenticabile. Se stai cercando un posto per rilassarti e goderti la vita, questa casa è la scelta perfetta!
