Overall, a stylish and thoughtful place with great potential, but a few improvements are needed to make it truly comfort
Pros: We had a pleasant stay at Dede Dream in Palermo. The apartment is beautiful, recently renovated, and a lot of care has been put into the details. You can really see the effort the hosts made to make guests feel welcome. We were greeted with a fridge full of food and many useful toiletries in the bathroom. There’s also a coffee machine with plenty of capsules and everything you might need for a short stay. The neighborhood is quiet, and it’s usually possible to find parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Overall, a stylish and thoughtful place with great potential, but a few improvements are needed to make it truly comfortable and convenient.
Cons: However, there are a few downsides that should be mentioned. The shower is not working properly – the water pressure is very low and it’s difficult to set the right temperature. Apparently, previous guests have also reported this issue, but it still hasn’t been fixed. The kitchen is also lacking some basic items: there’s no kitchen knife and only minimal cooking equipment. There are just two small glasses in the entire apartment, which is not ideal if you’re more than one person. Another issue is the location. While it’s not far from the city center (about 2 km), the bus that should connect you there is highly unreliable – during our 4-day stay, we never once saw it. So unless you plan to walk a fair distance or pay for taxis (which aren’t very cheap), this can be inconvenient.

Pros: Big space, everything was clean, and additional surprises - food in the fridge, snacks for breakfast, beauty products in the bathroom, two TVs with Netflix available. Highly recommended!

Excelente estancia
Pros: Me encantó el alojamiento, era como estar en casa, tiene de todo, desde productos de aseo hasta desayuno, el trato fue excelente, llegamos tarde porque tuvimos problemas con el vuelo y el chico nos estuvo esperando para darnos la llave y enseñarnos el apartamento, algo que se agradece ya que en una semana en Italia y pasando por varios apartamentos no habíamos tenido ese trato y habíamos estado tan bien, volveremos 100%

Pros: Ho trovato l' appartamento completo, pulito e ben arredato. Ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di autogestire la colazione utilizzando quanto la struttura ci ha messo a disposizione. La sig.ra Francesca si è dimostrata disponibile quando ne ho avuto bisogno. Sono soddisfatto praticamente in tutto. Tanto che sicuramente terrò in considerazione Dedé Dream per i miei prossimi viaggi a Palermo.

Pros: Příjemné a pohodlné ubytování. V blízkosti, pekárna, obchod - do centra cca 20-30min, vlaková zastávka cca 10 min. Snídaně italská - paní nakoupila čerstvé sladké slané pečivo, jogurty, džus + kafe i čaj - spokojenost.
Cons: Wifi se mi nepodařilo připojit - je přes nějaký modem či co, takže pokud potřebujete pracovat a nemáte dostatek dat, domluvte se předem. Paní je velmi ochotná a umíte-li italsky nebo přes googletranslator by se to na místě vyřešilo. Já na to zapomněla a přes textovky jsem připojení nerozchodila. Alé byli jsme na 4 noci, takže žádná trága

Pros: Molto bravi nell'accoglienza, punto forte della struttura non ti fanno mancare nulla quando si tratta di cibo, è una bella coccola. Anche la pulizia è stata efficiente e molto bella l'idea di mettere Netflix a disposizione degli ospiti!
Cons: Sono dettagli che possono sembrare scontati ma non così tanto: può succedere che in alcuni periodi faccia più freddo come in questo caso e il condizionatore solo in soggiorno non basta, avrei messo in dotazione anche solo una stufetta per la cameretta o anche uno scaldabagno per riscaldare il bagno.. Sarebbe stato bello mantenere l'accoglienza anche durante il soggiorno anche solo informandosi se le cose stessero andando bene! Mancava anche una pronta risposta sui bisogni esposti, ma nel complesso è stato un piacevole soggiorno, sono solo dei suggerimenti per migliorare quelle piccole \

Come avere casa a Palermo
Pros: Soggiorno impeccabile, tutto perfetto, avere un'intero appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo è un vantaggio impagabile. Tutto il mobilio nuovo ed anche gli elettrodomestici, tutti di marca. Ottima qualità del letto e del sonno, ideale per sia brevi che medi soggiorni, viene voglia di prolungare. Il palazzo è di ottimo livello, e la zona risulta abbastanza ben posteggiabile. Colazione fai da te ma con prodotti di qualità.
