Pros: Very cozy, stylish, clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Recently renovated building, 30 minutes walk from the center of Palermo. Spacious rooms and bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. The host is a wonderful person, kind and responsive. We would be happy to stay again. I recommend.

Extremely nice host, very clean and new apartment feeling like home

Pros: Very clean and newly furbished like a new home of apartment. The owner is very kind and friendly. Because I had no time to check messages on that day, he has delivered the keys to us and fixed anything we have asked, plus small welcome gifts to let us feel like home. Grocery shop is conveniently located just at the back of the building.

Cons: A little distanced to the city center (Opera House) and other main tourist areas by walking. Streets are fully parked with cars. We have finally found the best route to walk to the Opera House on last day. Longer distance to the central rail station.

Perfetto ! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Pros: Struttura nuova ben arredata , con tutti i comfort , dal phon alle ciabattine , non manca nulla , arredata e comoda anche per una famiglia ! Pulitissima ! in posizione strategica a pochi minuti d’auto dal centro , e host gentilissimo , ritorneremo sicuramente !

Pros: El apartamento amplio y a estrenar. Edificio recién reformado Limpísimo. Bien equipado (le faltan cuchillos que corten) y con detalles como unas zapatillas de cortesía. El anfitrión muy agradable. Tiene un supermercado justo al lado.

Cons: La descripción induce a confusión sobre el parking. El parking es en la calle, no en el establecimiento, y nos costó algo aparcar. Para subir, había que apretar el botón del ascensor constantemente y se quedaba parado cada poco. Estuvimos dos días sin luz en el edificio, por lo que tuvimos que bajar el equipaje por las escaleras el último día. La zona a media hora andando del centro de Palermo.

Pros: Casa nuova e ristrutturata , curata nei particolari e in un piccolo condominio silenziosissimo con ascensore. L' appartamento decisamente ampio e ben arredato e funzionale con cucina accessoriata con tavolo, divano letto comodissimo , camera matrimoniale molto ampia e ben organizzata. bagno ampio con doccia. Pulita e in ottima posizione. Il proprietario decisamente disponibile, gentile e in grado di rispondere ad ogni bisogno.decisamente un' esperienza da ripetere !

Pros: Ambiente nuovissimo totalmente ristrutturato con ogni comfort immaginabile. Davvero come sentirsi a casa propria. Alloggio super spazioso, pulitissimo, confortevole. Proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo. A due passi da via Dante e dal centro. Diventerà il nostro punto di riferimento a Palermo.
