Elegant and calming oasis in chaotic Palermo
Pros: The interior of the apartment was perfect for me. There is everything you need and it is designed in a good way. Not too much standing around as Palermo itself already takes a lot of energy from you ;) One of my best stays so far - and I have slept in a lot of accomodations! Thank you!
Cons: The apartment is located at a super loud street, so it is not possible to open any window.

Pros: La ubicación es muy conveniente, a solo 20 minutos a pie del centro de Palermo. Se suele aparcar fácilmente en la vía Dante. El apartamento es confortable, limpio y espacioso y el acceso se realiza por una entrada con un jardín privado.

Appartement très fonctionnel et confortable, situé dans une belle résidence
Pros: La propreté impeccable des lieux Le confort des équipements (literie, cuisine, salle de bains, buanderie avec machine à laver) L'appartement est situé dans une très belle résidence de copropriété totalement sécurisée et très bien entretenue (magnifique jasmin qui embaume tout le jardin) La proximité de la gare Palermo Lolli
Cons: Le bruit fenêtres ouvertes (balcon donnant sur une artère très passante, et donc bruyante à toute heure) Localisation un peu excentrée

Pros: Alloggio perfettamente attrezzato, pulito, fermata autobus dietro l’angolo. Il centro è anche raggiungibile a piedi.

Der ideale Ort für eine Auszeit in Palermo!
Pros: Eine sehr moderne und großzügige Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt in einer Stadt benötigt. die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Palazzo an der Via Dante, von dem aus man schnell in der Altstadt ist und dennoch weg vom Touristentrubel. Gute Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr ästhetisch und dennoch durchdacht, so dass man sich wirklich zu Hause fühlen kann. Der Ideale Ort, um eine Zeit in Palermo zu verbringen, vor allem!
Cons: Die Wohnung liegt an einer großen Straße mit relativ viel Verkehr. Das ist nicht schlimm, denn die Fenster sind sehr gut, aber man sollte es wissen.

Pros: This place is an unbelievable catch. Elena and Maurizio are very nice and approachable hosts. We had a blast in their spacy, cosy, new accommodation. The bed was comfortable, the apartment very clean, and there is even a big supermarket nearby. Perfect for a vacation in Palermo and its surroundings.

Pros: Das gesamte Apartment wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich habe 1 Woche in diesem tollen Apartment verbringen dürfen. Das Bett ist wirklich sehr bequem und die Küche bietet alle nötigen Utensilien. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber und Parkplätze lassen sich zu jederzeit kostenfrei rund um die Unterkunft finden. Palermo lässt sich bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Gastfreundlichkeit der Eigentümer Elena und Maurizio. Sie waren immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! :)

Pros: L'appartamento è splendido,servito benissimo per negozi e supermercati. È veramente pulitissimo e molto igienico,tutto curato nei dettagli e i proprietari sono stati di una cortesia incredibile. La cucina impeccabile,il materasso molto comodo e il bagno è veramente perfetto
