Pros: The location is very nice, supermarket close, the patio makes really a difference!!!

Cons: If I can say something minus, the kitchen equipment, we came with little kid. But was everything fine

Fantastic accommodation with very friendly host

Pros: Wonderful spacious appartment and we had our own outside space which was fantastic. Very friendly host who was really accommodating and provided us with lots of hints and tips about Palermo. They even provided free water and a bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture.

Cons: The location was a bit of a distance from the main areas, which we knew about when we booked but we found the bus service to be very unreliable so ended up walking most of the time.

Enjoyed our stay overall in Palermo

Pros: The owner was fantastic, gave us so much information which was really helpful. The bed was really comfortable as well.

Cons: We had a bad experience on our last night when there was extremely loud music playing until 3am in the morning, right near where the accommodation was located. As such, we got no sleep as we had an airport transfer at 3am….

Amazing value for money

Pros: We stayed as a couple for 5 nights and had an amazing time here. The host was incredibly hospitable and nice, and even treated us with some complimentary sicilian white wine. The apartment was very clean, nice and well-equipped with all the necessary stuff you would need for a your stay. It was also well located, with about 2 minutes walking distance to the nearest groceries (which were just around the corner), and the nearest pharmacy. Walking distance to the city centre was about 15 minutes, which fitted us well, as we enjoy walking quite a lot. Since it’s a ground floor apartment, and we are talking about Palermo here, we have seen a cockroach twice, but i wouldn’t consider that a con, since there really isn’t much to do about it. Overall amazing experience, would recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to Palermo :)

Great stay within Palermo

Pros: The appartment was nice and clean, everything was nicely in order. Also we were happy with aditional features like umbrella's and all the cooking gear.

Cons: There were 2 toilet paper holders/ brushes, which might be a bit unnecessary but that is only a small remark.

Pros: A beautifully designed apartment in a great place with a bakery and more big shops nearby. We loved the interior design, it was modern and comfortable. The well furnished private terrace opened from the room so we had fresh air always but there is air conditioner too if it's too hot outside. The kitchen is well equipped to make some simple food, with a dining table and basic ingredients, spices, also water prepared in the fridge. The bathroom is clean, with shampoo and shower gel what the guests can use. There wasn't many noice, it was quiet at night so we could sleep well, also the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe even when we arrived back at night and the historical center is not far, 20-30 mins walking distance.

Pros: Lorenzo was very kind and went over and above in making us feel welcome and offered several suggestions and recommendations. The apartment was very spacious, great facilities and extremely comfortable. We loved our stay.

Pros: Almost everything. Quite close to the city center (around 20 min walk to the Cathedra). Really great host! We get a lot of tips where to go and where to eat. We could contact him any time.

Cons: The apartment was great, but the location wasn't. There were a lot of trash in the streets and poor public transportation (in the whole city in general)
