Fair value for the price we enjoyed our stay, friendly staff. Great if you want to enjoy the beach, a bit far from Paler

Pros: Larger apartments than what one might have expected looking at the pictures. Clean and all facilities needed. There is a large supermarket in front and the bus station is also nearby.

Cons: It takes two buses to go to the centre, but it is quite close to the beach. The to doesn’t support Netflix, Apple TV, etc..

Sicilians are wonderful people.

Pros: Lovely apartment. Extremely comfortable bed. The staff and all the Sicilians we met were so kind and helpful, such wonderful people. Palermo is a vibrant city that comes alive at night. Local beach not too great but a short bus ride to Mondello beach a must . Would definitely stay again .

Nice place to stay, of you consider visiting city center and Mondello beach

Pros: Nice, cozy and comfortable place. Location is good between city center and Mondello beach. Bus stops on both direction are just near by. Very very good grocery is just cross the street, you can buy absolutely anything, good vegetables, fruit, meat and seafood. Very friendly staff - Gloria and Giuliana. 😊

It was great time in Palermo and Villa di Nera :)

Pros: The staff was very helpful - early check-in was no problem whatsoever which I think is important when you're on a plane. The rooms were clean and ready and fully equipped. The facility has an elevator so that with heavy suitcases you don't have to walk up the stairs :) Next to the facility is Eurospin in which you can buy ad-hoc items. If you don't travel by rental car, next to villa there are bus stops, which goes to the centre of Palermo of Mondello Beach directly. I would recommend staying at Villa di Nera as much as possible, but keep in mind that the location is quite far from the center of Palermo, and public transportation in Palermo either doesn't work or works as it pleases - I suggest using car rental services. The one time we decided to use the transportation the 731 bus (next to the apartment) just didn't travel and it took us a very long time to get back.

Comfy appts in a convenient location

Pros: The appartment is very spacious and has everything one needs. Furniture is new and everything is clean. There is even a washing machine. The location is great -- the supermarket is just across the street, you are 30 min from the city centre and 30 min from Mondello which has a great beach.

Cons: The anti-insect chemical smelled really strong and we nearly got allergy. It might be a good idea to put anti-insect nets on the windows instead.

Pros: very clean apartments, convenient location, close to the bus stop, really liked it

Cons: The Internet worked only one day, the rest of the days it was not 😥

Clean, modern, simple luxury

Pros: I and my partner loved the kind staff that helped us with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations for the city. Their breakfast was delicious and well worth the price with some local products and lots of pastries. The hotel itself is clean, modern and our room felt spacious. Although we did not cook having a kitchenett is perfect for longer stays. The location offers a retreat from the city which helps reduce noise at night and makes you feel a bit more local. You can technically walk to the city center but are better off taking the bus or taxi.You have a big grocery store 1 min away, some local food options 2-20 min away and even a beach within 25 min walking distance (Vergine Maria) and another one (Mondello) a short bus ride away. It's also close to the viewpoints of Monte Pellegrino. I would recommend staying longer than three days in Palermo and this hotel is a perfect base for doing so.

Cons: There is nothing we didn't like really. The pillows were a bit stiff but it was the same all over sicily and not something that really bothers me when on vacation anyway.

Super apartma, na malo slabši lokaciji

Pros: Isti apartma kot na slikah. Tocno to kar smo pričakovale. Lep, sodoben in urejen. V nastanitvi na voljo v kuhinji tudi sol, poper in olje 😁 internet tudi na voljo in delujoč. Vse pohvale receptorki- zelo prijazna in ustrežljiva😊

Cons: V apartmaju na voljo le 3 posode za kuhanje, ter malo kuhinjskih pripomočkov - pogrešale kakšno kuhalnico, metlico. Lokacija ni ravno najboljša, kar se tiče čistoče ulice in pozicije izven centra. Temu tudi cena primerna.

Pros: Appartamento stupendo completamente ristrutturato e ben arredato. Pulizia ottima e ottima cortesia del personale in fase di accoglienza.

Cons: difficoltoso il parcheggio

Pros: Jättefin och fräsch lägenhet! Finns en stor mataffär tvärs över gatan från boendet. Även busshållplatser precis utanför byggnaden på gatan, som tar en in till centrum samt till mondello strand.
