Comfortable and spacious apartment near Palermo

Pros: Spacious, lovely balcony, and very functional space. A bottle of wine and water were left for us on the fridge, plus delicious coffee pods. Convenient pizza take away across the road. Lots of info provided about buses, supermarkets etc

Cons: No ironing board, and couch a little uncomfortable.

Pros: The thing we appreciated most about this apartment was the kind hostess. She explained everything to us, she was very kind and gave us advice and recommendations on where to go in Palermo. The apartment was very clean, the view was amazing and it was equipped with everything you need. It has private parking. I would definitely come here again if I am ever in Palermo. 10/10!

Fantastic Location. Very Clean and Modern Apartment

Pros: Indeed fantastic location with amazing view to the mountains and sea. Very modern and clean spacious apartment. The host Christina was very friendly and helpful. The beach was like 50 m from the apartment. Arenella is the part of the city where you can feel the real authentic Italian life, including good pizzerias and restaurants of course!

Beautiful view with quality apartment

Pros: The apartment is great, located on 8th floor with a beautiful view on the seaside from all of the rooms located in the apartment. The flat itself is high-quality renovated, you will find everything you need for a longer stay. There is a private parking spot assigned, which makes it easier to rent a car. The hosts are very friendly and kind, gave us a lot of recommendations for foods and views. We had a bit trouble with the internet which was resolved in no-time. I will definitely choose this place once back in Palermo!

Super place and host!

Pros: The apartment was super clean and everything was nice and modern. It even came with beach towels and umbrella. The host lady was super helpfull she has allowed us to leave our luggage at her flat before we could check in and after check out before our plane later in the day. She also helped us with a taxi. The place is around 2 minutes walk from the beach and has a lovely view.

Cons: There was nothing at all that I didn't like.

Pros: Well appointed apartment with a beautiful view of the harbour. Great little pizzeria across the road which was some of the best pizza we've had in Sicily.

Pros: Good apartment with a beautiful view, kitchen is very well equipped. Owners are very nice people ready to help you with everything. Also, you have a free parking space which is a great thing considering the crowds on the streets.

Pros: Restaurants and ice cream parlors were right under the house, we had private parking which was great. The owners were great and helped us with everything and if we needed anything they were very willing to provide it.

Pros: Cleanliness, host, view, equipment, private free parking

Cons: Not the feature of the apartment so it doesn’t affect the rating - the beach nearby is dirty, in the mornings the streets nearby might get noisy which in combination with nonexistent Italian noise insulation - might hurt one’s sleep.

Great money for value.

Pros: Great location and top apartment with a great view. I highly recommend a stay if you are in Palermo. Great beach nearby (10 min with a car)
