A gem of a place in the heart of Palermo

Pros: The apartment is a gem at ground level, spotlessly clean, and very highly finished. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms ensuite with airconditioning units and smart TV. This is perfect for two colleagues or 2 couples travelling together. The towels and sheets were of very good quality, and the kitchen fully equipped. It is about a 15 minute walk from all the attractions. I highly recommend this place.

excellent studio apartment in good location for old town

Pros: very clean newly decorated comfortable studio on two floors: kitchen and bedroom on one floor with second bedroom above accessed by stairs. bedrooms large and comfortable with lovely on-suites and air con. kitchen good for basic needs with good size fridge and freezer. Francesco and his son kindly picked us up from nearby airport bus bus stop. his son speaks very good English. excellent location for old town about 15 min walk and quiet when we were there.

Cons: nothing important but kitchen only has a hob and microwave. it has nice well stocked coffee machine and tea drinkers need to use microwave. Sicilians are coffee mad!

The perfect staying!

Pros: Perfect! I could stay there forever, felt like home. Very clean, had everything you need. We had a great communication. Owners are very friendly, did the extra for us as we traveled by night and helped us with transport, brought for us traditional treat, suggested places to go to visit, places to go to eat. We will definitely recommend it to others!

Cons: Nothing negative to say about the property. Only the streets to walk by to go to the center are very dirty.

Pros: Host super disponibile e gentile. La struttura è molto accogliente e pulita. Posizione molto buona a due passi dalla cattedrale

Ottimo, sopra le aspettative. Consigliatissimo

Pros: Probabilmente l'appartamento più pulito che abbia mai trovato, pulizia eccezionale, e questo mio parere è la cosa più importante. Appartamento bello, curato, arredato in modo semplice, funzionale e con gusto. Aria condizionata in ogni stanza, proprietari molto disponibili, anche l'illuminazione delle stanze curata bene. Le principali cose da vedere sono raggiungibili anche a piedi.

Cons: In generale ci è piaciuto tutto, ma se dobbiamo proprio trovare dei difetti direi solamente che consiglio un po' più di trasparenza e chiarezza sull'applicazione della tassa di soggiorno, ovvero indicare su Booking se è compresa o meno e l'eventuale prezzo da aggiungere. Un po' problematico trovare da parcheggiare l'auto, ci vuole un po' di pazienza.

Pros: Accoglienza di Salvatore e Annalisa è stata strepitosa. Il bilocale è nuovo e fornito di tutto ciò che può servire. Facile raggiungere il centro storico a piedi. Host gentile e attento all'ospite.

Pros: Ho amato La pulizia e la modernità dell'appartamento. La cura dei dettagli. Tutti i comfort: macchina del caffè con capsule, asciugacapelli in bagno, doccia con mille funzioni ultra moderna, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze... Poi Salvo è stato disponibilissimo e sempre reperibile per qualsiasi domanda o dubbio. Assolutamente , qualora dovessi venire di nuovo a Palermo, tornerò in questo bellissimo appartamento.

Cons: Assolutamente nulla. Tutto stupendo!
