Lovely stay

Pros: The place was newly renovated and spot clean. Loved the kindness and attention from the staff.

Cons: Nothing, however I suggested to the owners to potentially warm up the pool. This is only applicable as we went in October, but in summer would not be necessary!

Great stay, Angelo is a kind and dedicated host, would recommend!

Pros: Easy check-in process and arrival! The location is good and facilities are modern, clean and you can notice the attention to detail. Loved the pool and outside seating area as well.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like specifically, just want to mention some improvement points since we see that Angelo is a very dedicated owner and could appreciate these comments: - The electricity spots in the left side of the bed were not working, so it wasn't possible to charge anything in them. - Would have been nice to have hangers on the walls to hang our coats and bags. The same for the bathroom towels (hand and body ones) - The wifi, at least in our apartment (wifi network number 1) wasn't working properly at all. It would only work in the kitchen, and it would disappear in the bedroom. Considering the 5G is very low in the property as well we were not able to connect at all, it's worth checking the network to fix this. It was worse in the evening, probably when more people were using it.

Perfect spot

Pros: Angelo was a great host. He makes a lot of effort for his guests and is extremely friendly. He also gave us advice about the area. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and big enough, everything is new. Parking is arranged behind the building and is safe. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. We would definitely come back.

Pros: I recommend this property. Angelo and the rest of the staff were helpful, cleanliness is good, the pool is great,

Cons: Only one small complaint about the door between the two apartments. If the neighbors are a little noisy or have small children, it can be a bit disturbing. Overall impression - strong recommendation, and I would definitely come back again.

Pros: The appartments have nice rooms with perfect ac, the kitchen and the dining room are in the same functional room. The garden is big and clean, the pool isfuntional.

Cons: Water in pool is not very clear, but is clean. Too small garbage beans

Pros: Die Anlage an sich und auch die einzelnen Wohnungen sind wirklich sehr schön angelegt und absolut sauber. Angelo ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber der hier wirklich täglich dafür sorgt dass alles tip top gepflegt ist und bleibt. WLAN hat bei uns in allen Bereichen einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage ist einwandfrei und der Strand in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons: Für eine 10er Bewertung hat es nicht ganz gereicht aus folgenden Gründen. Ein paar Veränderungen die ich in Angriff nehmen würde. Im Bad und auch in der Wohnung ein paar Haken anbringen würde wirklich Sinn machen. Eine Ablage in der Dusche wäre auch hilfreich. Und wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt die Verbindungstür zwischen den Appartements sorgt wirklich für wenig Privatsphäre da man jedes einzelne Wort des Nachbarn mithören muss. Die positiven Aspekte machen diese Mankos aber fast weg.

Gerne wieder sehr zu empfehlen

Pros: Alles super sehr modern und neu , was ungewöhnlich für die Region ist - Pool top - Parkplatz super - Haus und Anlage sehr schön

Pros: familiär geführtes Haus, relativ neu, sehr bemühte Gastgeber

Cons: Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein
