Overall, my experience was positive

Pros: I stayed for around 10 days and everything was great! Valentina is a kind and caring host with positive energy. She was always there to help if i had a question. The room is big, and i had a separate private bathroom which is just in front of the room. There’s also a big mirror in the room, which was important personally for me :) The location is perfect as well — there’s a central station and MacDonalds just across the road. I stayed for university purposes and had to prepare for my exams so the internet was good for this too + there’s a desk in the room so i could work. There was not much car noises from the outside compared to other central locations in Palermo. Overall, my experience was positive

Very nice stay in center of Palermo

Pros: Lovely host Valentina! Nice apartment in center of Palermo - very close to train station and main streets. Well equipment apartment with kitchen and breakfast room. We are so satisfied ☀️ Thank you!

Cons: The room's door could be a bit thicker

Comfortable, centrally located, attentive manager.

Pros: The location was very central and the room had everything we needed. Valentina was an excellent and attentive host and super patient with my very basic Italian. I felt like any time I needed something she responded quickly and I felt confident about staying there. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was almost always good.

Cons: This was not an issue for me, but if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. For me, I found the building charming (the lobby ceiling was so cool) but it is an older build and the sound insulation between the rooms was pretty thin. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and perfect for a few days’ stay!

Splendid

Pros: GiaChi provided us with a nice, clean and comfortable room with a balcony. Considering the perfect location of the hotel and the exceptional hospitality that exceeded all my expectations, I would highly recommend it!

Nice little break

Pros: Perfect location exactly opposite train station, very clean and with coffee/tea facilities. Lovely host - let us to check in before 2pm as we arrived in Palermo really early. We really enjoyed our stay. Brilliant and fast communication. Really great pizzeria next to apartment, we had our dinner twice there

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect

Hospitable and clean

Pros: The main thing is the location, as it was about 2 minutes from the station to my room. And it was a short walk to Lidl supermarket and the main tourist spots. The hostess herself, Valentina, was very helpful and besides the usual - to help me find the apartment, tell me about taxes, etc. She also gave some recommendations on what to visit and where to have dinner. I would add two cool places under the house - Trattoria Pizzeria Enzo (from Valentina's recommendations) and next door Campai (I took sushi to one of them in the evening and spent the evening watching movies). The place itself was spacious and clean (clean lady came every day and took out the trash), and I really liked the view from the balcony. I also had a comfortable workplace and fast internet, which is a definite plus for me, because I am constantly connected. And a mirror - I'd like one of those in my house)))

Cons: On the last night, I got cold and tried to find a blanket, but unfortunately, there was none Also, the door to the guest house was a bit stuck and I spent time standing up to open it.

Great location beside train station - all main streets 5 min walk away

Pros: Great location Clean Laundry service- big basket for 10euro Host sent recommendations for eating etc and when asked for days out gave great advice

Cons: Noisy at night with homeless people living outside on square - no threat to anyone. Stayed six nights and got change of towels once although if I had asked valentina probably would have sorted it.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and you had everything what you need.The owner are helpfull and gentle.It was like a home to us.Thank you Valentina!

A place to feel the real atmosphere of Palermo

Pros: Good location close to the train and bus station. Very nice and helpful host. Facilities and dishes to prepare meals, coffe machine.

Cons: Location in the center it is also some disadvantages like noise until late at night, especially in weekend.
