Recommend this apartment for its location, value, cleanliness, vibe and good host.

Pros: Clean, close to train and Palermo tourist areas, comfortable with all amenities, good value, good host

Cons: Small shower and bath but clean, fairly modern and did the job. 3d floor with no elevator. Ok for me because I like the exercise but not ideal.

Pros: Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Excellent location. No noise at all!! Other people living there were respectful.

Cons: Beautiful clean apartment absolutely spotless, but there was a terrible smell of drain in the bathroom, probably due to a very old sewerage system.

Sparkling clean, comfortable bed in prime location.

Pros: Great location, near the station and to main attractions to visit in Palermo. Super comfortable bed, shower had very good pressure, the apartment is perfectly equipped to spend some days in Palermo for a solo or couple. The little kitchen has enough to prepare simple foods. Also, there are many little details that are appreciated. The host is very kind and he was very quick answering our messages, easy to organize the collection of keys. Very clean. Definitely would stay again if I come back to Palermo.

Cons: For us was not a problem, but consider that this is a second floor without elevator if you have a big suitcase. There was a strong smell from the bathroom, probably due to the old city system, as everything was sparkling clean.

Pros: L’accueil était parfait, l’hôte très gentil et précis. Aucune mauvaise surprise, c’était parfait!

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Ku naszemu zaskoczeniu , nie było problemu z zaparkować auta na ulicy Apartament czysty, Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (ekspres, czajnik, talerze , kubki itp). Łazienka z prysznicem, zaopatrzona w komplet ręczników, suszarkę , żel pod prysznic... itp Bardzo miły gospodarz - Salvatore. Dziękujemy za gościnę oraz wskazówki co zobaczyć i gdzie zjeść.

Pros: Richtig gute Unterkunft die unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat in einer perfekten Lage und einem Top-Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Größe und ist sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt. Eine insgesamt schöne Erfahrung – herzlichen Dank!

Pros: Posizione vantaggiosa, vicino la stazione per prendere bus e visitare altri luoghi ( da non perdere Monreale), vicino Ballaro' e il centro, ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi. Appartamento molto curato, delizioso, terzo piano senza ascensore. Titolare gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il Ristorante Enzo, proprio sotto 'appartamento...
