Except the 90 stairs you must “climb” plus 2 doors passwords to open, I find the apartment and location perfect for a fe

Pros: Is near the train station and 10/ 15 min walking from the centre. super city view from the room, from the huge balcony.

Cons: the only thing I didn’t liked it was the 80/90 stairs and 2 doors with passwords (like a labyrinth) + the apartment door (key) to get to the apartment, the old building which was renovated (has once a elevator) but the elevator isn’t anymore functional.

Great, clean apartment with a fantastic view right next to the train/bus station

Pros: Very clean & well equipped with everything we needed Great rooftop terrace

Cons: This was great for us because we had to catch a very early bus to the airport & it is very close to the bus/train station But be aware that it overlooks a messy park with a number of vagrants hanging around Having said that we never felt unsafe & the apartment security is excellent

Lovely apartment beside the Train Station

Pros: Lovely apartment, very nicely decorated with a lovely balcony and great bathroom. Only 2 mins walk from the central train and bus stations and about 10/15 mins walk to the historic centre of Palermo.

Cons: There is no lift and the room is on the top floor so lots of steps.

Everything about Attico was what was presented online and I was delighted with my stay there

Pros: The property was exceptional in every aspect : the position, the friendly service from my host and the interior was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean with a private roof terrace overlooking Palermo

Perfect location for getting the train

Pros: Hotel across the train station, so perfectly located for travelling on. Nice room, great bathroom

Cons: The mattress is quite lumpy, and there are many steps to carry one’s luggage up and down

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located right next to Palermo Central Station, which makes it very easy to get to and from the airport with the train. The apartment itself is very well decorated, lots of space and very comfortable. We decided to stay here again because of the beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city, there's a private seating area where one can have a drink and relax.

Cons: The shower pressure was quite low this time around, it may have been a city supply problem though as we were told that water rationing would come into place as of the beginning of the following week. Also, although there is a small wall mounted fridge in the room, it is only big enough for small bottles and cans. A bigger fridge would be ideal as there is also a microwave oven in the room. Saying that, we will stay here again!

Overall very positive handy place for when you bisiting the city.

Pros: Very nice, terrace on the rooftop is a bonus, good for 1-2 nightes to stay while visiting the city. Close to the train station, so handy if you are taking train to other destinations in Sicily.

Cons: Steep stairs but thats expected when you rent an attic. So would not recomend stay in the attic for elderly or with very young kids.

Pros: Excellent appartment with the best location, if you are using public transport to the airport. Very close to everything else. Gorgeois balcony with beautifull view. The host was very helpfull and answered all the queries we had. Highly reccomend !

Good location, lovely terrace, room was very clean but the facilities were lacking.

Pros: Very easy to contact the host, room was cleaned & water was re-stocked every day which was very helpful. Terrace was very large and got a decent amount of sun & shade. Numerous bars/restaurants within 1 minute, and loads more about 15 mins walk away. All historic monuments were walking distance, and buses stop right outside the apartment.

Cons: The room facilities were poor, the minibar/fridge could not fit a 2L bottle in, let alone food/drink for 2 people. Alongside that, no plates, glasses, cutlery etc were provided, so had to go out for every drink/meal. It was advertised as an apartment, but was much more like a hotel room (without any hotel facilities). As a hotel room it would be absolutely fine, but only if knew that's what you'd be getting.

Pros: We chose this accommodation because of its immediate vicinity to the central train station and bus terminal. We only stayed one night, we needed to be close to both. The apartment totally exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, super clean and beautifully decorated. Check in is carried out by the adjacent 55 Aira hotel, but the very lovely owner showed us around the apartment. There is a mini bar stocked up with soft drinks and water included in the price as well as tea and coffee. We also had a terrace with a small table and chairs, beautiful to have a drink and relax. The historic centre of town is a 10/15 minute walk away, very handy for exploring. Like every central station in every big city in the world, you have to keep your wits about you in the immediate area around it, but we had no trouble whatsoever. We would stay here again!
