Great apartment for 2 close to Palermo old town

Pros: Location is great, close to downtown but not the busyest neighborhood (though it can be different in high-season). The holuse is perfectly clean and well maintained. If you have a car: don't be afraid paring on the streets, you can always find a place in the free (white line) zones, even if it takes an extra round in the neighborhood. Trenitalia parking is extremely expensive.

Cons: The bed mattress is too soft for us, and the pillows are too big and hard. (We prefer smaller and softer pillows.)

Pros: There is so much to like. The total proximity to the central railway station (& bus station) which brought us direct from Palermo airport. Nice not to drag bags any distance. Great to be directly in the bustling streets in the old town. We were right in the centre of everything. The best market starts just a few steps away & is fabulous. The flat itself is top floor so a little away from the bustle. Nice & clean & comfy. Just as described. The hosts were super quick to respond to any difficulty or question. Very helpful. We felt perfectly safe at all times. Bathroom nice & shower hot & reliable.

Cons: Sicilian plumbing is the only possible negative.

I loved it, also the high ceilings, loved it!

Pros: I loved everything about it the apartment was perfect, the location was safe for us and we felt really comfortable all the time, the view was really good

Charming modern apartment in Palermo centre

Pros: Very smooth check in/ out process, lots of helpful tips for the area were also provided. Apartment had everything we needed and was easy to walk to the sights of Palermo. The hosts were always very easy to contact over message and very responsive, thank you!

Cons: AC units could have maybe been stronger given the heat but otherwise all fine!

Perfect

Pros: The location was perfect for enjoying the city and for getting to the station early for day trips! The aircon in the flat was perfect and the couch and bed were soooooo comfy. The host left a list of recommendations for bars, restaurants, cafes and more and they helped to make our holiday exceptional. We can't thank them enough!

Very nice newly renovated place

Pros: It is a newly renovated little apartment. Everything is very tasteful done and looks impeccable. Location is also good, just outside the old center, very easily reached by foot in a few minutes. Has all amenities and the bed is comfortable. You also find parking in front if you come at a right time of the day (not around lunchtime). It was not a problem for us but the place is at the 5th floor and there is no lift. Cannot be easily reached if someone has a disability.

Cons: Our check-in was supposed to be at 14:00, then at 15:00, then we found out cleaning would only be done at 16:00. This can happen and the lady was really apologetic about it. She left the place spotless.

Great location for attractions

Pros: The quality of the apartment was beyond our expectations and great value for money. Comfy bed and everything we needed for our 2 day stay. The bakery/ coffee shop nearby was excellent, vibrant and friendly full of locals and tourists. The location was ideal for arriving by train as right next to the station. We could easily walk to all attractions, the food market being really close for street food also. For great value for money and quality we would recommend. Prepare yourselves for stairs as its on top floor although offset by nice glass of wine enjoyed on balcony.

Pros: Had a great stay. Apartment was just by the train station and was also a short walk away from many of the cities attractions. Clean place.

Cons: Stairs was a bit tough in order to get up to the apartment. Got used to it after a while and became almost like a good exercise.

Great location!

Pros: Perfect location, just few minutes away from the main tourist attraction sites. The apartments were very clean and spacious. We managed to find the parking for our two cars in the square opposite the main door entrance.

Pros: I loved the location and the balcony with the view towards to the square.

Cons: It did not have cosmetics, as shampoo or shower gel. Late arrival means no shops open.
