Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent – right in the historic district and within walking distance of the two most important streets in the city, where you can find museums, great restaurants, and plenty of souvenir shops. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. The owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. He checked in with us to make sure everything was fine and that we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated that he allowed us to stay a bit longer on our departure day so we could comfortably wait for our afternoon flight – that was a huge help. The apartment itself is very well equipped and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We visited in February, so the evenings outside were a bit chilly, but inside the apartment it was warm and cozy thanks to the well-functioning air conditioning with a heating option in both the living room and the bedroom.
Cons: I know this might sound a bit unusual, but the apartment was quite heavily sprayed with air fresheners – including the furniture, curtains, tablecloths, etc. For guests who are sensitive to strong scents, this might feel a bit overwhelming. On the other hand, everything smelled very fresh and clean 😊

Pros: Perfect location, excellent quality, and great hosting. The property is conveniently located in Palermo, making it easy to explore the city and its main attractions. The accommodation was very clean, well-maintained, and provided a truly comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need, which made the stay even more convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The host was very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Pros: A lovely clean and well equipped apartment in a great location.
Cons: Unfortunately there were building works opposite, so a bad outlook, so not nice to sit on balcony, and very little natural light in the apartment.

Pros: Excellent location- city center, very helpful and responsive host. You can find everything you need in the apartment including coffee, tea. Air conditioning in each room.
Cons: Noisy during weekends, but the location compensates everything

Super host, tidy apartment, central location
Pros: Giacomo was an amazing and caring host, very helpful and fast responsive. Location of the property is great, very central, close to the main attractions, train/bus station. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for the stay.
Cons: Can get noisy at night due to central location and being close to bars. So if you're a sensitive sleeper bring earplugs. Lack of daylight at the apartment.
