Pros: I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The owner was in constant contact with me, and I found him incredibly helpful, which is rare. The location is fantastic, close to everything. The apartment was new, clean, and functional. Everything was there, and if anything wasn't clear or a problem arose, the owner was quick to respond🫶🏽😌

Pros: Great location with balcony view on Vittorio Emmanuele street - easy walk to all important places to visit, like the cathedral, castle, Teatro Massimo etc. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, and was clean, comfortable and safe. Sitting on the balcony, sipping wine and enjoying Friday's night lively crowd was one of the best things during our stay in Palermo. The owner Mirko is very helpful, responsive over Whatsapp.

Cons: In the building's patio there's renovation going on, and during night time it could have better lighting - it's really dark and it's quite hard to find the light switch. Expect some steepy narrow steps to get to the apartment - can be a little cumbersome if you have large, heavy travel bags.

Great place to stay for a couple. Close to all the main part of the historical town has to offer

Pros: Mirco the hostess fantastic .. went above and beyond Location great though late Saturday night at times noisy.

Cons: Entry to the property was challenging . Three coded doors and a narrow ‘spiral’ staircase with luggage was not ideal. Renovation work going on at the entrance , dusty and noisy at times Has a washing machine but no where to hang clothes

The best place in Palermo!

Pros: Location is excellent--in the middle of the oldest street in Palermo. The host is helpful and very accommodating when a small problem came up through our own fault.

Loved how comfortable and central the flat was for exploring

Pros: I it is a very well appointed, comfortable property with a usable kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. The host was very helpful and friendly. Best of all, the location is perfect. Situated in the heart of the city centre, walking distance to all the sights. On a busy road of restaurants and shops, it is completely silent and when the windows are closed.

Cons: The flat is in an old Palazzo which is being refurbished so the courtyard entrance is currently dark and messy. It will be lovely when completed. However the entrance to the flat is bright and well decorated and welcoming.

Ideal for pairs who want to spent lovely city break

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, located at the main street of Palermo Old Town. Good starting point for exploring the city. Close to many restaurants so it’s easy to have a breakfast in the morning. Flat equipped with all necessary facilities. Bathroom very clean. Enjoyable street view from the window. No issue with WiFi, TV or air conditioning. Easy building access procedure. Mirko our host turned out to be very supportive and responsive.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment right in the heart of Palermo. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the apartment itself is comfortable and well equipped. Our host was incredibly helpful and always available. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location was great. Lovely at but quiet when you went to bed. So much within walking distance. The host was very clear with check in and out and responsive. Fabulous little balcony.
