I am very pleased with my stay at this location and I will definitely be happy to return there.

Pros: The owner turned out to be a very helpful and friendly person, I rate him very positively, he allowed me to move in a little earlier than the appointed time, he brought me the keys personally and explained everything. During my entire stay, Roberto was always available and quickly answered any questions. The area is very beautiful and peaceful and I am convinced that people who value peace and quiet will feel very good there. The house is very well equipped, it has a washing machine, a clean bathroom and the kitchen contains everything you need to prepare your own meals and so on. The bed is very comfortable and of course a very big advantage in Sicily is that the house has well-functioning air conditioning. Without hesitation and with full responsibility I recommend this location and this house to everyone. Roberto was such a nice person that at the end of my stay he brought me a gift of traditional Sicilian cookies which were delicious! Thanks Roberto :)

Cons: It would be good to consider improving the quality of the internet because at the moment it is separated between three buildings, which significantly reduces its speed when all people start using it at the same time. This may be a problem for people who work online and need a good connection.

Pros: Top Apartment with stunning view and charismatic Roberto as host who was very friendly and helpful!

Nice stay for a single or couple who wish to hike

Pros: Nicely located near the water and mountains, a lot of hiking opportunities. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed. There is a bus stop nearby, so easy to reach the city (we used rental car though).

Cons: 1) We were ok because the weather was not too hot but in the middle of the summer it will be difficult to keep bedroom fresh - it is isolated without windows and air conditioning is located in the dining room. 2) Sun-beds on the roof are nice but don’t expect any privacy - neighboring buildings are really close. 3) We didn’t go to the fish restaurant next door but we knew what and when whey were cooking ;)

Great

Pros: Great location, private, enclosed, outside space and access to a roof terrace. Just to one side of the town ao not bogged down with trippers. Spacious, comfortable Accomodation.

Pros: Great location, next to the sea. The host is very friendly and he helped us with good tips. The apartment has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It is quickly rich by car and has a parking place.

Pros: The location was exceptional - the beach is just outside the house, 50 meters away, and there are a few hiking trails around. The area is very calm and quiet, a bit far from Palermo city center but you can get there cheaply by train which runs once per hour. The house had all the facilities needed, the bed was comfortable and the rooftop view was impressive. The host, Roberto, was very kind and helpful as well.

Pros: DIE FUSSLÄUFIGE Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet Capo Gallo, der ruhige Platz, die Nähe zum Meer, die Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick, Die gemütliche Wohnküche als Aufenthaltsraum, das Bad, Olivenöl in der Küche, gute Ausstattung, gutes Internet Sferracallo, ein wunderbarer Vorort von Palermo am Meer

Cons: Die Fußläufige Entfernung zu Restaurants ist mir zu weit. Und so konnte ich abends keinen Wein zum Essen trinken. Die Kamera die auf die Eingangstür und den Aussenbereich gerichtet ist. Datenschutz? Persönlichkeitsrechte? Der vorher nicht kommunizierte unpersönliche Empfang und Anweisungen bei totaler Dunkelheit in einer schmalen Stichstrasse zum und ins Haus und an den Schlüsselkasten zu kommen - ausschliesslich per schriftlichen Anweisungen zuerst auf italienisch dann auf Nachfrage auf Englisch, kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter Kein Fenster im Schlafzimmer

Pros: The location of this apparment is amazing. You can hear the ocean on the background. The rooftop is amazing and the appartment has everything you need. Close to Palermo and mondello Beach. For public transport you need patience but by car scooter step or bike it is perfect. There are nice restaurants close by with fresh fish. The host is super helpful and constant available to help. Maybe I was lucky by picking an amazing host maybe it is Italian culture but whatever explanation the service and care is really something special.
