Beautiful apartment in central Palermo

Pros: This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property in a perfect central location in Palermo. The apartment is within walking distance to the local markets, shopping streets and attractions. The marina is also a very short walk. Our hosts were very helpful and attentive and we would be happy to stay here again.

Pros: The location of the apartment was great, near all the main sites and a great area to be in for dinner

Superb, large apartment full of character in the centre of Palermo

Pros: The apartment is a beautifully decorated period property, very clean and comfortable. Check in was very simple and the host enquired during our stay if everything was OK, which it was.

Cons: Whilst the location is superb, this is a somewhat blessing and a curse! Being situated on a main road close to the centre, the lively Palermo nightlife every night of the week meant large groups making loud noises throughout the night, up to 4am - midweek! It's also situated above some shops/bars who drag their outdoor furniture in during the small hours which woke us up. Would recommend if you are a light sleeper to take ear plugs (this wouldn't put us off staying again, but would be more prepared next time, its just the nature of staying somehwere with a central location!)

Great Palermo apartment.

Pros: Location was great, 10/15 mins walk to historic centre, train/bus station and harbour. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good facilities. Eugenics & Mariarito stayed in contact and helped us out whenever we asked, even if nothing to do with the apartment.

Cons: noise from other apartments in middle of the night but nothing hosts can do anything about

Amazing, the family loved the apartment
