Amazing

Pros: The location is absolutely fantastic — right in the center, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful and quiet. The host was truly amazing, super helpful and welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and very well maintained. I would go back anytime without hesitation!

Perfect location, great apartment, better than the photos

Pros: The lift is extremely small and super old, it barely fits a travel stroller - but this has nothing to do with the property itself.

Very tasteful and cozy apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment is new, very tastefully designed, the space is very well used, we felt cozy and comfortable here. It is very bright and clean and it is also in a good location (a short distance from the Massimo theater), but it is not noisy at all. The house is quiet, we didn't even know about the neighbors. The location of the house is safe and pleasant, there are cafes and restaurants everywhere. The bed is very comfortable and all the equipment of the apartment worked great. The hostess is very nice, always available, ready to help or advise. I definitely recommend it and we would love to come back here.

Fantastic comfortable apartment with easy access to all the sites.

Pros: Isabella was a fantastic host. Her communication was exceptional. The apartment is in a fantastic area of town, within walking distance to all the sites. Isabella recommended a driver for transfer from Mondello. Overall we were very happy with our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a lift to the apartment. The wifi was fantastic.

Perfect location for small families or couples - close to everything you need!

Pros: The location was perfect for our family. Everything was close by - there were casual restaurants with outdoor seating just steps away, and a grocery store within walking distance for an easy meal prep.

Cons: On a couple of occasions, we noticed a small leak from one of the air conditioning units. While it wasn't a major issue for us during our stay, it might be worth mentioning to management so they can address it before it becomes a bigger problem.

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja! Bardzo blisko do wszystkich głównych zabytków Palermo (Teatro Massimo < 5 min, Quattro Canti < 15 min). Apartament urządzony nowocześnie i przemyślanie, a na wyposażeniu znajduje się wszystko czego potrzebujesz podczas turystycznego pobytu. Precyzyjnie i na czas podane informacje, tak aby się nie stresować zameldowaniem czy odszukaniem Apartamentu. Bardzo dobra komunikacja. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Pros: Sehr sauber, sehr modern, zentrale Lage und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Küche ist modern und komplett, man richtig kochen. So ist auch ein längerer Aufenthalt ohne weiteres möglich. Die Kommunikation klappt problemlos per WhatsApp

Eine zentrale Wohnung mit einer ausreichenden Küchenausstattung für einen Kurztrip.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Nähe des Theaters Massimo, die Fußgängerzone, die Märkte , die Kathedrale und den Normannendom kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es fahren auch Busse in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkt vor der Haustür sind gute Restaurants für Frühstück und Abendessen. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, ist es etwas laut durch den Straßenlärm, was aber in einer Stadt wie Palermo nicht stört. Das Haus an sich ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Tür wurde über einen Zahlencode geöffnet, mit der Gastgeberin hatten wir nur telefonisch oder per WhatsApp Kontakt.

Cons: Die Fenster haben keine Klarglasscheiben, man muss sie öffnen, um herauszuschauen. Auf den Bildern ist dies zu sehen. Es gibt keinen Balkon, wie beschrieben, das ist nur ein Austritt, wo der Müll und die Putzmittel untergebracht sind. Das Bad ist innenliegend und hat kein Fenster.
