Convenient location

Pros: We booked a two-bedroom apartment for two nights which was centrally located, close to restaurants and walking distance other attractions. Nice balcony off the bedroom and living area.

Incredible space with lots of rich history

Pros: Stunning apartment with original features in the heart of Palermo. The beds were super comfy and the balcony space was a lovely spot to sit in the sunshine

Cons: Need some wine glasses

Pros: Great spacious apartment, comfy beds, good location beside opera theatre :) AC was a plus also! And balcony was good size.

Fabulous stay

Pros: Great location, super spacious apartment and very accommodating host.

Cons: Nothing :)

Drawbacks aside, the apartment was a great choice and for a week, we really felt like Sicilians :)

Pros: Perfect location — the accommodation is right in the centre, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The lively, vibrant nightlife of Palermo is unmissable, with its many excellent restaurants, souvenir shops, and street performers. And the best part is that you can come back to the peaceful area for a good night’s sleep, which is something this apartment offers.

Cons: While the accommodation is fully equipped, the showers definitely need renovation. The kitchen utensils and equipment haven't been thoroughy cleaned in quite some time - the silverware, plates and glasses were greasy so you'll need to wash them before using them for the first time. The appartment has a lovely terrace overlooking the backyard, great for enjoying a glass of prosecco. However, it was disappointing to find no wine glasses available :( Unfortunately, the sofas very also dirty and should be cleaned, otherwise, they are unusable. For those renting a car, there’s one more thing to bear in mind. We had a car for seven days, and finding a parking space was usually not a problem—it just depended on the time you came back. After 10 p.m., it was never an issue, but between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., it could be tricky. What feels odd, though, is the “extra service” offered by unofficial parking attendants, who might overcharge you if you’re new and inexperienced. In reality, there’s always a parking machine you can use: €1 or €0.50 per hour until 8 p.m., and then a flat €1 from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m.

Spacious accommodation close to the centre of Palermo

Pros: Apartment close to centre of Palermo. Spacious living space and great for our short stay. Host asked for regular updates upon our arrival time.

Cons: We had a power cut for 30 mins, which delayed us getting ready to go out in the evening. There was a circuit overload and we had to turn off one of the air conditioning units to prevent the problem happening again.

Pros: It was a fantastic stay in KMC suites. The apartment is even better in live . Comfortable, excellently equiped. Location is perfect - so close to the center of Palermo yet in quite street in an old but well preserved and renovated building Ugo as a host is perfect - responsive, helpfull and well manered. I can only recommend this apartment with no doubt

Pros: La ubicación es una maravilla y la casa tiene todas las comodidades. Además Guido nos atendió en todo momento.

Cons: El lavavajillas ni lo usamos de lo sucio que estaba y los útiles de cocina estaban un poco grasientos. En la calle hay bastante mareante intentando sacarte dinero para aparcar y eso que hay línea azul por lo que tienes además que pagar el estacionamiento en las máquinas y es muy incómodo el acoso.
