Beautiful apartment, with lovely decorative touches.

Pros: Beautiful apartment — very spacious, we couldn’t have asked for more. Great location, with everything you need just around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience when it came to paying the city tax. As a family of four, we should have paid €32 for four nights, according to the information provided by Booking in their email. However, it seems that the Palermo city tax has increased to €4 per person per night, which Booking had not updated. The lady informed us of this change upon arrival. I understand that Booking failed to notify us/update prices, but I also believe it’s the property’s responsibility to inform guests about such updates.

Excellent location.

Pros: Our host met us on arrival and assisted with parking and ver informative. The location of this secure apartment with complete amenities was great, like a home away from home, a full furnished kitchen, with both informal and formal dining and a lounge room. The convenience of parking the car close by and enjoyed walking in the history of this beautiful city.

Perfect location for a 4 day stay in Palermo

Pros: This apartment was in the perfect location, just a few steps from the main pedestrianised area of the City. You can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the marina/port and sea was about 30 mins walk away. It is located on the 7th floor with a lift. It was spacious, clean, and had everything you needed, including Netflix and a washing machine! I have advised the host the mattresses were firmer than we would have preferred, and the addition of a pop-up toaster would have been nice. Otherwise everything was fabulous. Airport shuttle bus was €6 and just 5 mins walk away. The host communicated with us in an excellent manner, helped us when plans suddenly changed due to a train strike, and was very friendly. Recommended.

Cons: Beds/mattresses were too hard, pillows in 2nd bedroom not comfortable. No pop-up toaster.
