Pros: Great located in the heart of Palermo. Well equiped appartement, beautiful teracce with a nice view. You live above the streets and so you can escape a litte bit the noise of the town. Pros: Cozy, great taste in decoration. Somehow, it felt like Palermo in an apartment

Pros: located within the inner city it's a concise walk from the local cathedral (500m) and in the Ballaro market district. the terrace is an absolute highlight, it's 5 stories up, giving you a view of nearly all the city's highlights and spires.

Cons: the streets around the location are not the richest, giving the streets below a poor/working class vibe opposite to the touristic vibe 5 streets over.

Nice terrace and close to the historical center of the town

Pros: The terrace is really nice, apartment decoration is cool, well cleaned, the owner took the time to answer all our questions and provided us with good information. Location is close to the historical center (Palace of the Normans, Cathedral, Quattro Quanti, etc…) and the Ballaro Market which is a must see (or “live” should I write)

Cons: The kitchen service might be a little more furnished (lack of knifes for instance). Also keep in mind that the area is in a LTZ (Low Traffic Zone), meaning you’ll need to buy a 5€ daily pass if you move your car to load/unload luggages close to the apartment. The neighbourhood is not really clean and some might not feel safe at night in those streets but we never had issues. We actually had a lot of very kind interactions with the locals so it is not an issue for us.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean appartment with all needed appliances, with coffee, tea and cookies for good start. Absolutely fantastic, sunny, green terrace for breakfasts and nice evenings. Very close to local culture, old town and sea. And finally Riccardo - REALLY the most friendly, and helpfull host we met ever.

Very responsive host, with so many ideas and information to support our stay. The Terrace is dreamy to use of a night!

Pros: The cleanliness, styling, owner’s support was outstanding. The outdoor terrace was divine.

Cons: The location was not great for a couple who were not so familiar with Palermo. Only a short walk to restaurants & attractions, however this took us a few days to become familiar with.

In general we had a good time!

Pros: Property is cozy, well maintained, Riccardo extremely helpful & friendly. I mean he is 10/10! The view for the terrace was amazing. In general the apartment had all basic items you would require for good stay. Thank you again for great accommodation.

Cons: The location was close to all attractions, however the area is dirty and it was scary to walk in the area at 9pm. As seem like gangs are hanging around. At night time it was loud music coming from local bar, people are running around on bikes, what we could hear even with windows closed, market would start at 6am. I guess it’s absolutely acceptable for this area, it’s been like this for years, for us it was unpleasant, for others it could be absolutely acceptable.

Pros: The host is the sweetest!!! Such warm welcome and ready to help us whenever we need assistance. The apartment is very thoughtful laid out and furnished. We had such an amazing stay. Also, the amazing view from the private balcony is such a big plus!!!

Great place to become part of Ballaro district. Daily market visit is a must!

Pros: Logistics are very well organized by the host. He provides a very helpful guide for the district and good recommendations for restaurants. There were even umbrellas if you decide to spend a day at the beach :)

Cons: We had to leave early for our flight, but in general I prefer check-out times later than 10 AM.
