Pros: Everything worked fine . It has 2 balconies overlooking the street. Sufficient kitchen equipment. Elevator to our 2nd floor apartment. Sufficient power points for recharging. Our host Claudia met us with the key and showed us around. A thoughtful welcome gift of wine was appreciated. Easy for walking to major sights and fresh food street market.

Cons: Limited clothes hanging/storage space. No bedside lights. Alot of early morning street noise as we discovered that on weekends the street turns into a trash & treasure market.

True taste of Palermo.

Pros: Claudia was extremely friendly, helpful and flexible. Apartment was well prepared, spacious with efficient air conditioning and charming little balcony.

Pros: Very clean, functional and beautifully decorated apartment. Strong WiFi. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay (fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and room). Our host, Claudia, left us a bottle of wine and oranges as a welcome package. Perfect location for exploring the city (close to Central Station and City Center). We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. All recommendations. Grazie Claudia :)

Pros: The apartment is fully equipped, clean, and nice. It is very close to historical neighbourhoods of the town and city center. Claudia is wonderful host, she greeted us with a bottle of terrific local wine. Neighborhood is lively and full of energy. Highest recommendation for this place

Good place for trip to Palermo

Pros: Nice apartment, with a walking distance to most of the sites to visit and the main tourist hotspots for drinks and food. The apartment was quiet and clean and equipped with everything you need.

Everything you need during stay in Palermo

Pros: An apartment with 2 balconies. The apartment is clean, 15 min walk from Palermo Central station, 5 min from Ballaro market. On the first floor, the building has an elevator. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils, has an espresso machine, as well as washing machine. Complimentary water in the fridge upon arrival, as well as fruit. Claudia, the owner, is a real gem: super responsive, nothing is too much trouble.

Pros: It was o lovely stay. The host was extremely friendly, and late check-in and check out were possible. She thought we were hungry and brought us a delicious pizza at 2 in the morning for free!:) Very kind of her. It is a central and big apartment, the wifi is good. The price was plausible. One bigger and one small balconies, nice. I would book it again for sure.

Pros: Everything was perfect😊the servise, beautiful appartment, accommodation provider was very nice, etc.

Cons: The only one little minus could be the surrounding of the appartment - not the cleaniest part of the town, but after you meet all the city of Palermo you will understand that it is kind of standard 😊 Price quality ratio is excellent 😊

Perfect stay !

Pros: very comfortable , clean apartment near the center . no problems with parking the car. great and very nice contact with the hostess! we recommend!

Pros: Gemütliche Wohnung, ausreichend für 1-2 Personen. Bett war bequem und die Küche soweit ausreichend ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln waren vorhanden. Alles Wichtige und die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in unter 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Vor allem die eine Bahnhofsstation Richtung Flughafen ist in nur 8 Minuten gut zu erreichen.

Cons: Etwas sehr laut im Haus und auf den Straßen. War aber auch übers Wochenende dort. Direkt unterm Balkon waren morgens plötzlich Flohmärkte, dadurch großer Lärm auf der Straße. Die Gegend ist etwas ärmlich und schmutzig, habe mich aber nicht unsicher gefühlt. Die Küche könnte für 2 Personen etwas mehr Geschirr benötigen.
