Casa Del Vicolo Apartament

Pros: Functional, close to the center and to our friend.

Cons: There may have been smokers before us so there was still smell of smoke in the apartment.

Pros: Very helpful host. We had some problems with electricity, but he solved those very quickly. The apartmen is very well equipped, there is everything you might need.

Cons: The location is very close to the city center, but the area looks dirty and a bit scary in the night. The apartmen is on the ground floor, and you enter it straight from the street.

Palermo gem

Pros: Great location just near train station and bus depot. Comfortable small apartment with all the facilities you need. Supermarket just around corner. Walking distance to the centre of town. Definitely would recommend.

Cons: Nothing.

Nice Place if you want to stay for 2-3 Nights.

Pros: Walking Distance from the Main Train Station & Bus Terminal . Near to the main street. Grocery Store were near. Safe Locality. The Host was present at the property to handover the keys. We had all the required things needed to stay. Host was very cooperative. AC was Very Good. Host did not speak English only Italian, but he tried his best to inform us about everything about his property.

Cons: I am 5.11, bed was short in length, that made me uncomfortable to sleep. No windows, had to keep the AC running all the time when we were in the room. Host should make some space near the kitchen area for the guest, he has lot of his things in the kitchen area.

Pros: Everything was super! The location was secure and safe. The Palermo centrale was close, about 15 minutes walking. You have a place to park the car, which is very important in Palermo, to be safe. The host was very kind, helpful and he answered for everything we needed.

Perfect place to stay for city and surroundings sightseeing for a single or couple

Pros: Perfect location - very close to the bus terminal & main train station Stazione Centrale. You can easily get here and leave for the airports of Palermo and of Trapani, to the beautiful Mondello beach or any other destination in Sicily. Very polite, helpful and friendly host Alex, quick and easy contact. The apartment is on the ground floor, you get inside directly from the pavement. It is very cosy, nicely decorated, with comfortable double bed, air conditioning & heating. There is even an umbrella in case of rain :) You can cook, keep your food in the refrigerator or do the laundry in the washing maschine. After you wake up, you can also prepare yourself a tasty Italian coffee in the coffee maschine or tea (free coffee & tea bags). Very good lighting in the whole apartment. I recommend Casa Del Vicolo.

Pros: The property had everything. The owner was very available and helpful.

Cons: The shower was a little blocked but he will probably fix it.

Pros: Alloggio pulito e accogliente. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Non ci ha fatto mancare niente, dal caffè a qualsiasi informazione avessimo bisogno. Se dovessimo ritornare a Palermo questo sarà di nuovo il nostro punto di riferimento.
