High Quality apartment that made my stay a very comfortable and relaxed one.

Pros: Excellent communication with the host from start to finish. Excellent location. Easy to find and had everything I wanted for a comfortable stay.

Pros: The apartment was great. The bedroom room was huge and had loads of storage space. Ideal if you wanted to stay for longer. There was an iron and ironing board, washing machine full kitchen and a small lounge.

Cons: The location was very convenient and close to the train station (5 minute walk). However the streets around it had quite a lot of rubbish littering the footpath. Obviously nothing the host could do anything about.

Pros: Good and clean apartment, very friendly and helpful host. Supermarkets few minutes walking distance. Perhaps the district was quite loud, with a lot of traffic nearby, it was quiet at night, so we could have a good sleep. Apartment is not far from the most important sightseeing places, some 20-30 minutes walking.

Cons: The district is not pretty at all, it is dirty, loud, a lot of trash on the streets, but that’s how the most part of Palermo looks like, unfortunately.

Had a great stay!

Pros: Roberta was a very kind and helpful host. She shared useful information about Palermo and was available by WhatsApp if needed. Clean apartment with well equipped kitchen and comfy big bed. Lively neighbourhood. Supermarket, bakery & pizzeria are around the corner, 6 min away by foot from the bus & train stations as well as the city centre. Had a great stay!

Pros: The apartment is nice and spacious and has everything you need during your stay. It's renovated nicely and clean as well.

Cons: The neighbourhood is not that prestine, has quite a lot of garbage all around. But you can get to most attractions on foot and the bus/train station is very close. It was also quite noisy late in the evening and the morning as well. We had some wifi connection issues on the first day, but Roberta helped us out.

Nice apartment in Palermo

Pros: Host is very nice and helpful. The apartment has all of the necessary things you may need for a short stay including a washing machine and dryer which was great.

Cons: The apartment is located near the central location which is nice, but it was a bit loud at night and you can hear everything although we closed the windows. The apartment is located at third floor without the lift which was a bit inconvenient as we did not pack light :)

Pros: This is a wonderful place. Roberta is a fantastic host & has thought of everything for this apartment

Good value for money

Pros: The host Roberta was very responsive and spoke English well. The bed was very comfortable and quite big. The WiFi was okay/good/better than at some other hotels. The shower had a good water pressure and towels were provided. Not only that, but shower gel and laundry detergent. We didn't have to buy any of those things ourselves. It was quite close to the central station too and had a supermarket around the corner. Lastly, it was a good price.

Cons: The electricity outage shouldn't have happened. The apartment (also the host's guest) next to us seemed to share electricity with us and if too many things were plugged in at once, there would be an outage. It's a bit inconvenient, because we were only there in the evenings and had to charge our phones, and we couldn't control what the other person did (but the host tried to tell her!) Second, the hot water only lasted for one shower, but if you waited for an hour, it would warm up again. What I didn't like were the paper thin walls. I hardly got any sleep because every time anyone turned on the water it made this constant, high-pitched noise. A lot of our problems were honestly caused by the inconsiderate guest staying next door who showered at ungodly hours and caused the electricity problem.

Pros: Está bien ubicado y el apartamento tiene de todo. Microondas, tostador, lavadora, secadora....y la dueña deja de todo detergente, suavizante, lavavajillas, aceite...de todo, lo cual se agradece.

Cons: Es muy complicado aparcar cerca. No tiene ascensor. Del baño sale un olor algo desagradable pero tolerable

Un alloggio ad elevato rapporto qualità prezzo a patto di risolvere qualche problemuccio.

Pros: Ci ha sorpreso e piaciuta molto l'assoluta completezza ed abbondanza di prodotti, alimentari e non, così come di apparecchi ed arredi a supporto di un confortevole soggiorno in struttura, indice di attenzione verso l'ospite e di generosa accoglienza.

Cons: Ci è pesata un po' l'assenza di un ascensore, aggravata dall'esistenza di una scala abbastanza impegnativa da affrontare, nel caso del nostro appartamento al 3° piano. Il gruppo idraulico della doccia presentava alcuni problemi di funzionamento che, sebbene non ci abbiano impedito di utilizzarla, ne anno penalizzato significativamente il comfort. Il televisore del soggiorno è un po' inadeguato al resto, presentava una ricezione scadente e limitata a pochissimi canali e andrebbe, a mio avviso, sostituito. Il televisore della camera da letto è posizionato malamente.
