Pros: A very nice and helpful owner - he provided us with a lot of information about Palermo and frequently asked if we needed anything. The only real problem was at the beginning with the lack of dishes (especially a kettle), because apparently the previous tenant had burned them - but the host provided us with the new ones. The room description mentioned a bottle of wine - instead we received something much better, local delicacies from a very good pastry shop. Overall, the apartment is very spacious, with a large bathroom and living room, very good location, and a fairly quiet place.

Pros: The apartment is very well-maintained with brand-new facilities. Its location is excellent, making it extremely convenient to get around. Ballaro Market, the train station, and the city center of Palermo are all within walking distance. The host, Giuseppe, was very helpful and provided us with great assistance. On the day of our arrival, he waited for a long time due to our flight delay. Thanks to MennulaMia, we had a wonderful time in Palermo.

Perfection 👌

Pros: Absolutely faultless! From check-in to check-out it was perfect. I cannot thank Giuseppe enough, he made our stay perfect. We cannot wait to return. The apartment is excellent with everything you need & more for the mist enjoyable stay. It is close to the train station, just 5 - 10 minute walk with luggage, also an easy 10 minute walk to the market, lots of street food & drink, fresh fruit & vegetables fish & meat. It is located in a residential area which we found ok. Thank you Giuseppe, we look forward to coming back to stay one day.

Value for money for short stay

Pros: It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine.

Cons: We can hear sounds from outside at night. There was no AC in the bedroom, only provided in the living cum dining room. Also there is no washing machine provided.

Pros: Apartment is beautiful. Owner brought us food when we artive (11.00 PM), since we were really hungry. Perfect price performance.

Pros: MennulaMia is in a good location. A clean and cosy accommodation. It's an easy walk to the centre. Giuseppe is very friendly and welcoming. The places he suggested to visit are a big plus. The public parking is good and feels safe. There is also a fish market a few steps away and they will grill or fry what you buy from them.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment is new, located very near the city center. The owner was very nice and helpful. As a gift we got very testy Sicilian wine. And the beds are super comfy.
