Great value in a great location.
Pros: Location, 100 meters from the Railway and Bus stations , well equipped, exceptionally friendly host whom answered within minutes . Small balconies, live like a local feeling !
Cons: Traffic noises can bother light sleepers, I didn’t care. Earplugs were provided by the bed!

Clean and spacious aparment, nice host
Pros: The apartment is big, clean, next to the train station and close to the main sights. Stefano sent us every information we needed and a lot of suggestions for our stay which was really nice.
Cons: The only negative I can say that a balcony was indicated but I wouldn't call this balcony, it's a back hall where you can't and wouldn't want to sit.

Pros: We liked the apartment it was great, very clean and fresh, close to transport..train bus trams. Owner and staff were very helpful, responsive and obliging. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Cons: The location on a main road. Very noisy at night.There is no soundproofing. Kitchen could be better stocked for cooking eg chopping board, large chopping knife medium sized pots.Shower could use a soap holder or dispenser. I like to give honest reviews to be helpful.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and good equipped, located in an ideal place for a vacation in Palermo, it is very easy to find it each time you return, there is everything you need nearby, transport, supermarket, good cafes. Host was very friendly, check in and check out easy and uncomplicated. I would stay hier again by visiting Palermo second time.
Cons: The water temperature in the shower was not constant, but it wasn't a problem.

Great apartment, excellent hosts!
Pros: The apartment was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. It is close to the station and just a few minutes' walk to the historic centre of Palermo. Because it is an apartment, we got a real feel for living in Palermo, which was fantastic. Annalise and Stefano are excellent hosts. Stefano was always available to help - he certainly helped us to enjoy our stay.
Cons: We found nothing to dislike.

Cons: In the night it can be a bit loud due to traffic but hey it is at central station. It wasn't a issue as we kept the windows closed.

We had an excellent stay and we would be happy to return if visiting Palermo again.
Pros: The location next to the railway station was perfect for us having arrived by train from Cefalù and for travelling to the airport to fly home. The tram terminus for one of the tram lines is just outside the door. This line only connects with the rest of the tram network via bus. The area looks a bit shabby in places but there was no problem at all when walking about even in the late evening. Walking to the actual centre of city takes 10 - 15 minutes. The accommodation is very secure. The apartment is on the first floor and the stairs were easily manageable for a 68 year old carrying suitcases. Comfortable bed, small living area, dining kitchen and nice bathroom.Stefano and his wife are excellent hosts. The information that he sent us beforehand on how to access the property worked well.They also provided information on eating out and other attractions.
Cons: A coffee machine is available but it would have been nice to have a kettle. There was some noise within the building in the morning however it was just people getting ready to start their day.
