Would recommend this place to stay to all

Pros: Nice and clean. Staff was awesome and gave great information on what to do while in Palermo.

Pros: Less than a block from train station. Very nice and taken care of apartment. Very clean. Nice view. Nice balcony. Safe neighborhood.

Cons: Admission was complicated for us, since we rented on the night before arrival, and the office had an issue with the internet. We were told they weren’t aware of our arrival. Luckily there was an apt for us!!!!

Pros: I highly recommend Solemar Sicily. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable, close to train station, shops. Nice roof terrace with hot tubs and impressive view!😍

Pros: Located just walking distance of the Pelermo Central, and in proximity with most iconic restaurants, the property is modern and minimalistic with all desired facilities. Super clean with jacuzzis on the rooftop.

It was good

Pros: The apartment was clean, quite basic. Has only one air conditioner, which is in a corridor, so both bedroom and living doors must be open to condition all the apartment. Be aware that parking cost 15euros a night, cannot be booked in advance and there are limited spaces. We counted to have a parking, but that was not possible. Host suggested paid parking around, which were very pricey, however, we found FREE parking around the apartment, in a streets around the house, which was not mentioned at any point! All that stress of thinking where to park could have been avoided if this option would have been mentioned! If course, there were limited spaces, but we managed to find a space to park very easily for 2 nights.

Pros: The accommodation was overall very nice. We especially enjoyed the rooftop – the views were absolutely stunning and it was a perfect place to relax. We had breakfast there a few times, and it was a lovely experience. The location and general atmosphere of the place were great.

Cons: We stayed as a group of four, and one of the sleeping areas turned out to be more like part of the kitchen, with just a sofa bed and no real separation, which was a bit disappointing. There weren’t enough wardrobes or storage space for clothes. Also, there was a noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom, which could be improved.

Pros: Beautiful apartment (No. 8.1) for 2-4 people, tastefully furnished. Bed linen, washing up liquid, coffee, plenty of towels, hairdryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob and even oven available. Large terrace with city view. It is about 2 minutes' walk to the main train station, which has a direct connection to the airport (36 or 60 minutes). In the immediate area there are several simple restaurants, or fast food, and ice cream. Accessibility to sights is good - you can approach by train, bus, or tram (tram stop right in front of the house), walking about 15-20 minutes.

Cons: The dining table is large and comfortable, but with only 2 chairs, even though we were 4 people in the apartment (due to lack of space, the other chairs did not fit). We ate outside on the terrace. The kids slept on the sofa in the living room - having to squeeze through the narrow aisle between the sofa and the table. Sufficient for 2 adults and 2 smaller children, perfectly comfortable for 2 people. The only problem - no hot water upon arrival!!! The boiler was out of electricity. Every time we plugged it into the socket, the fuses fell, the air conditioning went off. We had to take a shower at our friends' apartment. Based on our complaint, the next evening the water was heated, but we had to unplug the boiler again because it was blowing fuses. We couldn't reheat the water, so on the third day only lukewarm and then cold water was available again. Luckily we were only in the apartment for 3 nights, if we had stayed longer I would have insisted on a room change.

Pros: Everything was excellent. The staff, apartment very clean and safe.

Pros: The apartment is confortable, clean and was well prepared before our arrival. The solarium is really nice too at the rooftop.

Cons: The parking available was already full so we needed to find a park place in the street. That was not specified in the description.
