Happie Casa Stazione Centrale

Absolute gem near Palermo Centrale

Pros: Well equipped kitchen, large apartment, lots of light and windows, great location for train and local/long distance buses. Always felt safe. Wide range of eateries and bakeries available nearby. Responsive host with clear instructions and recommendations.

Cons: One of the neighbours had their TV on loudly every morning between 6:30-7am. Could have been blocked out with earplugs. Street noise was not a problem at all.

Very good, would stay again if back in Palermo

Pros: Brilliant location close to the station and within walking distance of main attractions in Palermo. A lovely clean room with useful and well stocked kitchen and bathroom

Pros: The position of the apartment was great for us because it was near the station and all the public transport. It's not in the best looking area but it was completely safe. We would happily stay there again.

Cons: It wasn't perfect but there wasn't anything to complain about.

To repeat

Pros: The place was quite comfortable and close to the city center. The owner made everything easy. You have everything if you want to cook and spend more time in the apartment.

Cons: No complaints from my end

Quiet despite Closeness to train station

Pros: Spacious, separate bedroom n kitchen cum dining. Just opposite the train station, convenient to walk the main street of attractions-via maqueda- where quattro canti is.We had some circuit breaker trips but host was quick to respond to our problems. Quiet surroundings.

Cons: Pillows too soft.long stairs to reach the apartment- it's on 1st floor

Apartment to feel good

Pros: Very clean, comfortable apartment. It is warm (room+water), bright, clean, very well equipped with everything you need. It is quiet - you cannot hear anything from the train or bus in the apartment. There are parking spaces in front of the house (outside of the city center restricted zone). Very short walk to the bus station, which is a 15-minute walk right in the center. I always felt safe as a woman alone. The landlords are very friendly and always helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location, quiet.

Pros: Good location next to the main train station in Palermo. But also very quiet, you can not hear the trains.

Cons: All was good.

A good value for money in Palermo

Pros: The property was very clean, but the neighborhood scares us at first. The apartment is conveniently situated 2 minutes from Palermo Centrale railway station and 10 minutes from the historical area and from the Ballaro market. The communication with the owner went very easy and well. There is a Lild, at 5 minutes distance and a wonderful tavern called Trapani only 50 m away. Overall, we recommend this property, we think that it brings a good value for money.

Cons: Being situated near the railway station, the area is a bit noisy, especially in the evening, but we learned to ignore that.

Pros: Everything was perfect, 2 mins from central station (convenient for those coming from the airport by train) and 15 mins from most of the city attractions. Very clean and fully equipped apartment. Since we were arriving late night, Instructions from the owners were very simple and helpful.

Excellent apartment close to railway station Palermo Centrale

Pros: Excellent apartment in the city centre close to the railway station and bus station Palermo Centrale. Easy to get everywhere from here.😊 The apartment on the first floor, very comfortable and clean having everything you need for a shorter or longer stay: well-equiped kitchen, nice bathroom, big bed. Very nice contact with the owners, they respond immediately.🤩 We enjoyed our stay a lot.🤩😘
