Excellent modern apartment in vibrant part of Palermo

Pros: Spotlessly clean, modern apartment in easy access to major attractions. Apartment has been recently done out and facilities were in excellent condition. Our host was really accommodating and when we had a slight problem he immediately responded and dealt with it.

Cons: The outdoor patio/terrace is shared rather than exclusive.

Pros: Great location in the historic center, clean and comfortable. Easy to find and check in.You can park near by.

Cons: Very busy street, very loud, lots of traffic under the windows.

Pros: We were really happy with this apartment. Everything was perfect. The localization is great - close to the Cathedral. The apartment itself was spotless and sanitary, you couldn't tell that somebody else had rented it. The owner is kind and easy to communicate with. I completely recommend this place!

Pros: The instructions were very clear. Both for opening the door downstairs (with door code) and the key box right next to the apartment. The host was very quick to respond and the place was clean and clearly recently renovated (everything looked brand new). In short: a great stay!

Overall, a great place to stay at in the centre of Palermo!

Pros: Central location, modern apartment with comfortable beds and great facilities, including a well-furnished kitchen with a proper espresso machine.

Cons: The only thing we suggest is to provide guests with a second set of keys. Perhaps have the one that turns the electricity on separate from the door key.

Perfect midern accommodation in the middle of Palermo’s tourist hub.

Pros: Efficient, ultramodern, clinical. All ultramodern, chic, understated elegance. Fabulous coffee maker. The microwave oven, kettle and washing machine that we sometimes missed in the rest of Sicily were of course provided.

Cons: Partly the effects of “clinical”: a worker or cleaner is the interface, not the owner, but that is my personal preference. The key arrangement with a depository box and code works well. Small things: the glass bricks between the two rooms keep the earlier sleepers awake. The bathroom door slams at night. The aircon light can keep a light sleeper awake… I am sure it is not significant, but still bothered me.

Pros: A very good apartment, well equipped and comfortable. It's located very near to the center of Palermo which is an amazing advantage.
