Beautiful location, a place with potential
Pros: The view and location are amazing, the parking is a big plus. The staff is also very nice and friendly.
Cons: Some parts of the apartment needed a bit of cleaning (there was a lot of dust on the fridge, and the duvet didn't smell good so we didn't use it). The building is beautiful but the basic IKEA furniture in the aparmtents does not really fit the vibe of the place. .

Family Vacation in a Beautiful Historic Villa with Stunning Views and Perfect Location
Pros: Excellent communication with the host beforehand! Very friendly staff! Stunning view from the terrace and perfect location Well-equipped and clean
Cons: Unfortunately, the busy street was quite noisy, and since the older windows are not soundproof, the nights were a bit restless. What we hadn’t realized: the dishwasher and washing machine were not in the apartment but in a separate room.

An amazing and spacious villa in the perfect beachside location, just steps from restaurants & beach
Pros: This property is absolutely amazing—right across the road from the beach and only a two-minute walk to the main centre with plenty of restaurants and cafés to choose from. The villa itself was extremely spacious and very comfortable. That said, it didn’t take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here again and would love to book one of the villas facing the beach next time.
Cons: The only minor downside is that the laundry is shared, so at times there can be a wait to use the washing machine.

Pros: We stayed for a week, as a family with a small baby. We really appreciated how spacious the flat is and the sea view from all rooms, and attention to detail in equipment (e.g., how nicely the cot was prepared, kitchen equipment, laundry room, chair in the bathroom, etc.), stayed in Scirocco. We are grateful that we were allowed a late check-out, great and kind staff that quickly replied to all requests we had, and arranged our transfer to Cefalu (thank you Claudio!). Location was good for going to the beach, and supermarket and pharmacy close-by. We appreciated how quiet it was. Happy to recommend.
Cons: Some of the linen (towels, sheets, blankets) could be renewed

Perfection!
Pros: We loved our penthouse apartment in the Villa. Warmly welcomed by our host Cesare and left our bags with him whilst he arranged slightly early check in. Everything was perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious in the apartment. Onsite parking was a must and we were very thankful to securely park in this busy area at a busy time of year. These apartments would be great for friends or family travelling together as there is lovely communal spaces overlooking the sea.
Cons: Busy weekend meant noise external to the property. The host had kindly provided ear plugs but we didn’t need them as it was quiet after 10 pm.

Pros: Friendly staff convenient location with off road parking (narrow side street but that's Sicily lol) Worked out nicely for me my wife and 3 children
Cons: Would suggest adding some more pans and cooking implements maybe an air fryer
