A spacious and comfortable apartment with excellent hosting – perfect for families.

Pros: Fabio was an excellent host. He was very helpful and made our stay easy to enjoy. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our families. We could also park our cars in a private part for a cost which was really helpful and felt safer.

Cons: Very small elevator, but we managed. It really isn’t a big problem.

good choice for groups

Pros: large apartment, ideally for groups or families with kids. excellent position and generous terrace.

Cons: “private parking on site” means there is a parking near location. Customers would be delighted to also find some dishwasher and washing machine tablets, so they are not forced to buy quantities they don't use anyway.

Definitely, it's worth to rent this apartment.

Pros: Good location, large, cozy apartment, clean, all the facilities, parking near-by (for a fee), free on the street but busy, elevator. The host is very hospitable, answers promptly to requests.

Cons: No idea...

Pros: Spacious flat with a large balcony in good location. Close to amenities like supermarkets, restaurants and train staition. We staid 10 adults in this flat without any problems with common areas such as kitchen, bathrooms and balcony.

Cons: Big difference between the five rooms in terms of comfort and size.

Great stay and a lovely host

Pros: Fabio is a great host and accommodated and helped us have a wonderful stay in Palermo

Pros: Fabio was wonderful. He booked us a restaurant, which was fabulous, helped us with our transport and couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment is amazing. We were a group of 5 friends, so it was great to have a bedroom each. Our stay was short but the kitchen facilities would be great for a longer stay.

Great appartment in the centre of Palermo.

Pros: Spacious and tastefully furnished apartment in the middle of Palermo. Walking distance to the city centre. Wonderful rooms, big, well equipped kitchen. Friendly and very helpful owner who organized private parking for out motorbikes next to the apartment.

Great for bigger groups

Pros: Great localization, clean, spacious apartment. Good contact with the owner, truly recommend!

Inner charm and wow factor, Outer noise

Pros: The owner waited for us when we arrived and escorted us up while giving a tour. There was a bottle of white wine and delicious pastries ready for us, which is lovely after a long journey. The place is really spacious, and it's much more beautiful than in the pictures; you get a bit of a wow experience when you step through the door.

Cons: The toilet often needed a few tries before flushing properly. The windows can be closed, but they don't seal, which is unfortunate considering the heavily trafficked road right outside the apartment.

Perfect stay in Palermo

Pros: Host communicated very well, and brought us some delicious pastries on arrival. We arrived early but it was not a problem. The apartment is lovely.

Cons: Everything was great.
