Pros: Very comfortable apartment in a great location for the old centre. Easy to reach with the airport transit bus and 20 min walk to Palermo Central Station.

Pros: Great! Very clean, a lot of space, close to the city centre as well as to the bus stop to the beach and to the airport. The host is helpful and easy to reach out to via WhatsApp ☺️

Beautiful place to spend a few nights and explore the city of Palermo.

Loved Palazzo Gallo - highly recommend

Pros: The property was like an Oasis in the chias that is Palermo. Spacious, clean and comfortable- we so enjoyed this little respite. Pictures don’t do the property justice.

Cons: Could have had some coffee and condiments

Pros: The location of the property was super convenient, super close (walking distance) to attractions and bus stops if you plan on going any further. The room is big and spacious with some basic utensils available.

Cons: However, there was always a smell of cigarettes in the room. Also the room isn't soundproof like mentioned, footsteps from upstairs would wake me up, late at night I could hear voices on the corridors.

Pros: size of apartment secured entrance to the building well equipped kitchen

Cons: noisy streets around upper floor has no sufficient ventillation

Love it, highly recommend and I have nothing to complain about.

Pros: This hotel is in central location and everything is amazing - from the room, service, staff, I am very pleased about booking this place and staying here!

Cons: Nothing. The only downside is there’s a gaming centre down the apartment where teens often smoke up at night - but it’s not about the property itself, families may find the scent a little troublesome.

Pros: Kind worker and very spacious apartment for vacation apartments

Cons: The airco didn’t feel like it is strong and the instruction for using refrigerator was unclear or it just didn’t work.

Clean and very spacious

Pros: Spacious, clean, in a good location and two bathrooms.

Cons: Minor grumble, it needed a few more basic utensils, cleaning cloth, oven gloves, salt, pepper, cooking oils just basics really.

Excellent location, excellent staff, great place to stay in Palermo.

Pros: Very clean and modern apartment. Glass upper floor and stairs a bit daunting at first, but then found this is what I loved about the property. 2 bathrooms, always handy. Great staff especially Claudia who was always happy to help before and during our stay.

Cons: Kettle would be good as especially for us Brits we like our tea and using saucepans to boil water a bit of a task. Iron and ironing board possibly as well. But this did not blemish my thoughts of this apartment.
