Balarm Central Apartment

Lovely well located apartment

Pros: A nice well laid out spacious apartment. Well located and very helpful and friendly host. I dropped my phone and broke the screen and the host Dario was very helpful in getting my phone fixed.

Cons: Nothing really

Lovely stay in Palermo

Pros: Clean, charming apartment with a convenient location. Most touristic sites are walkable. We stayed only for sleeping and showers, and there’s no problem for us. A fridge and freezer (hardly found in Italian hotels) was a bonus. Our host Dario was super friendly, and his advice of parking was very specific and helpful to park our car safely in Palermo. He also gave us his list of good restaurants which were really nice.

Pros: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Dario, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful — he recommended great local restaurants and places to eat and drink, and was very flexible with our check-out time. He even let us leave our luggage after check-out and kindly drove us to the main bus station at the end of our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely come back to this apartment again!

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Perfect!

Pros: check in, check out - perfect. The studio was clean, quiet, comfortable. Even coffee as bonus.

Cons: Sometimes the lift was not working, just keep it in mind.

Great place to stay.

Pros: Good location, clean and cool. Good communication about check in.

Pros: The accommodation is excellent—the room is beautiful and comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the city center. Highly recommended!

We would definately like to stay there again if we returned to Palermo.

Pros: Hosts were both very friendly and Dario was very welcoming and communicated well via SMS’s.

Cons: Everything about the apartment was good.

Great location, great room ans great host!

Pros: The apartment has a great location, directly at the via Roma so access to all spots was fast and still the room was very quite, which was great! Compared to most italien apartments this one seemed to be newly renovated so that the balcony windows where quite sound proof. :) Also, Dario is really nice and was checking on us from time to time to see if everything is good. He also helped out as soon as we had some issues so super easy communication. Definitely recommend and would consider for next time again!

Cosy, clean, newly-renovated flat in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Great newly renovated apartment in Palermo center, in walking distance from everything. Communication with Dario was great, he even helped us find a parking spot closeby. The kitcken is shared with the other room, which was absolutely fine.

Cons: All was great!

Home away from Home

Pros: The apartment is in a great location, close to many restaurants, cafes, bars and plenty of shopping. The Old City and Harbour are within easy walking distance and many points of interest are close by. We found the apartment very spacious, new and clean, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could need and even a washing machine which was wonderful. Dario and his wife are fantastic hosts and willing to assist wherever they can. Thank for the wonderful stay, we truly loved our time in Palermo and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend highly a stay at Balarm Central Apartment.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike here 😊
