Pros: great value for money, great location and very clean and spacious!

Perfect location, comfortable modern room

Pros: Room was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect. Self check in very easy, just one thing to note if your travelling with a big suitcase they’re is no lift and a good few stairs to climb

Nice apartment in the heart of Palermo

Pros: The staff was very friendly and responsive - I had many requests, however, all of them were answered quickly and professionally. The location was good, very convenient to reach the main sites as well as the bus stop to the central station is nearby. The apartment was super clean and spacy, newly designed what you do not usually find in Sicily. In addition, the staircase of a building itself where apartment is, looks nice and clean. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious.

Cons: The noise from apartment which has windows to the street-was really big during the night and earplugs did not help. Therefore, who are very sensitive to the sounds, should consider this and take apartment in the courtyard. There was no iron which is very helpful when travelling.

Pros: Location was great, staff very friendly and the apartment clean and cozy.

Good stay in centro.

Pros: Great location with a fully equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee capsules and water. Good shower in big bathroom and comfy bed. There was a large walk-in wardrobe that seems a bit useless, but nice touch I guess. Also nice to have a balcony to dry things.

Cons: More pet peeves than actual problems, but I didn’t like them trying to sell supermarket wine for inflated prices. Also instructions in apartment requested we clean our dishes before leaving….? I understand if you make a feast for 10 people perhaps, but guests shouldn’t be expected to do this with the prices they are paying.

It was worth it, we would come back

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, we felt like home. You really have everything you need here. We got a welcome basket and wine AC is working well, there is a big screen TV and also a dressing room Kitchen is functional, coffee machine with coffee included, also a dish washer :) Really close to everything you need

Cons: A bit slow check in, you have to bring your luggage up the stairs to second floor - this was actually to anticipate - expected. Shower door is not closing completely perfect, so if you take a longer shower some drops of water might come out of the shower cabin.

Super apartment will stay again and will recommend to friends

Pros: This is a wonderful apartment spacious and very well equipped a lot of thought has gone into making this the best apartment in Palermo

Cons: There are stairs 60? No lift but I got used to that there is no terrace otherwise I lived this apartment and would hope to return the location is brilliant for everything Mauro the host helped me with large suitcase and arranged help when I was leaving I was very happy about this

Pros: The apartment was perfect for our family break. The location was very central. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well supplied with everything you might need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We did not meet the host but she was very responsive to our every need and was flexible about our check in and check out times.

Pros: Very good location - near the main streats and old town. Very big apartment (two bathrooms, two rooms). The apartment has all you can need on holiday.

Great apartment

Pros: Great location, just outside ZTL with car parking close by. Spacious and comfortable apartment, with 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. Easy self check in too and responsive staff. Very good value and I would choose again if I visited Palermo.

Cons: Had a strange issue with the AC which in the middle of the night started a very loud noise, throwing out pieces of ice and water. It can happen in any machine, it worked fine the next day. However, i would expect a simple sorry when I informed the host about it in order to have it looked after we leave in case there is something wrong with it. The only thing I didn't like and would expect to be better were the towels which were old and very worn out. Not up to the standards of the apartment. Being in the city centre and on a big road with lots of traffic, Light sleepers may need to consider having earplugs. We were ok with it
