Comfortable and clean apartment close to the town centre
Pros: Comfortable and clean apartment close to the city centre, within walking distance.
Cons: At the time of the booking I knew the elevator for the building was being built and we would need to use stairs to go to the 3rd level. There were more stairs than expected, and our luggage was heavier than expected so it was difficult on check in and check out with the luggage.

Pros: Located in a good area close to the city centre and all of the main sites. We were a group of 6 and found the apartment comfortable and well maintained throughout. There is a grocery store across the street and plenty of options for food and drinks nearby. A great base to explore Palermo from.
Cons: No elevator was tough. As we were travelling Sicily for a week we had a lot of luggage which wasn’t the easiest to carry upstairs but this was a minor complaint.

Pros: What did you like about the property? The apartment was very spacious, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. It includes two lovely balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, and large, airy rooms. There was even an extra room that was available. The location was good, with easy access to the city. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. What didn’t you like about the property? The apartment is located on a high floor without an elevator – something to be aware of, but we knew this in advance and it wasn’t a real issue for us. A short sentence to summarize your stay: A spacious, clean, and well-maintained place with a pleasant atmosphere and great service. Highly recommended.

Cons: Third floor and no elevator, noysy from the street, if you sleep with open windows.

Pros: The apartment was amazing! Very big and spacious, it has separate rooms for 7 people, so everyone was really comfortable! It has a big living room and two bathrooms, like you're at home!The location is perfect, into the city center, and next to bus stations. There's also a supermarket right across the street. The staff was really helpful through WhatsApp, provided us with anything we wanted.
Cons: The apartment didn't have an elevator, although it was located on the 3rd floor.

Clean modern italian charm. A lovely stay.
Pros: Spent two days on Palermo at this accommodation, great location and very welcoming. We were even greeted by a random neighbour who helped us with our luggage up the stairs. Nice restaurants near by and a short walk to the main shopping street.

Pros: The flat is very clean, spacious and well maintained. Clean bedding, towels, kitchen well equipped. All things from the list were available and functional. The owner also provided a bottle of water. Neighbourhood is quiet. The owner very contactable, answered all questions very quickly, in addition also before arrival as well as after arrival he gave recommendations of places in the city. I recommend this place!

Pros: The communication with the host was very easy via WhatsApp. The host provided us with a lot of useful tips. The location ist super, you can reach a lot of sights by foot.
Cons: The appartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Perfect location and good value for money
Pros: We were group of 6 friends. Check in was smooth and easy. Object has 3 bedrooms and one of them has a private bathroom. The host left us some complementary coffee and water. They send us informations where to eat. The pictures and descriptions match to the apartment. Apartment was very clean. It is situated on 3 floor without elevator, but that is written in description. There were no any unpleasant surprises. Location is absolutely perfect. Close to the centre,the stores and restaurants are near. Bus station is close. We really enjoyed our time there.

We were celebrating my sisters 60th birthday and we had a lovely time in the flat. Clean and comfy.
Pros: The apartment was very nice and clean. The host was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. There is no lift but fine if you are fit and young. The rooms were large and spacious.
Cons: We had a problem on the last day when there was no electricity on the morning we were leaving so we had no hot water or kettle but I think this was a general problem with the area and not the apartment itself.
