Great location and great value for money
Pros: Excellent location, a stone's throw from Teatro Massimo. Within walking distance from practically everything you'd want to visit (Via Maqueda, Quattro Canti, Vucciria, Ballarò, Cathedral etc. etc.) Plenty of space. Good air con in the twin bed room and also in the living space. Host arrived within minutes of us contacting him to say we had arrived. All kitchen essentials were availabe and fully-functioning including kettle, hob and fridge/freezer. Overall, I feel we got what we paid for.
Cons: I found it impossibe to sleep in the double bed which was on a mezzanine level. Being elevated like this meant that mid-August, it was like sleeping in an airfryer. I simply couldn't get to sleep. Fortunately there are two separate twin beds in the additional bedroom, which is on the lower level. So I slept in there with my daughter.... and left my husband to fry upstairs in the double bed, alone (!!). Decor might not be to some people's taste - but I loved it. It's old, dark wood etc and feels historic. The floors and stairwells are totally in keeping with the history of the area. Some strange wall-partitioning going on near the wrought iron spiral staircase, so tall people beware! Ants - we had some issues with ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

Spacious and comfortable
Pros: Amazing location, could not be better actually. Two bathrooms and three balconies come in very handy. It really has everything you need for comfortable stay.

Quaint but very cute apartment in a great location
Pros: Proximity tio the via Roma the main activity hub.and nightlife
Cons: The 5am emptying of rycyling bins locally..lol..occasionally the volume of street noise...but it was also fun...possibly only suitable for oldercouples if they bring earbuds in case.

Pros: Központi helyen, hangulatos lakás liftes házban. Szállásadóval könnyű kommunikálni azonnal válaszol.Megengedtèk hogy tovább maradjunk.
Cons: Nem koszos de lehetne tisztább is.Kissè zajos,alatta ès az utcában èttermek vannak.

Pros: Posizione ottima, centrale e molto comoda anche per prendere i mezzi. L'appartamento ha due camere, due bagni e cucina attrezzatissima.
Cons: Tutto perfetto, ma la città é molto rumorosa per lavori in corso.

Pros: La.posizone della struttura è perfetta dentro una via piena di locali e di vita ma molesti. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e Paul un host perfetto. Purtroppo il nostro volo serale ha avuto un grande ritardo e ci ha aspettato per il check fin dopo la mezzanotte, abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Ancora grazie Paul per averci aiutato anche oggi per un problema causato da noi e risolto con grande velocità per consentirci di non perdere il volo .10 e lode!
Cons: L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione e a mio gusto l'arredamento andrebbe modernizzato.

Appartamento teatro Massimo
Pros: Appartamento molto carino in posizione centralissima, comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse del centro storico, vicino al teatro Massimo. L'appartamento è in un palazzo storico con molti locali proprio sotto. Molto gentile e disponibile l'host che ci ha accolto.
Cons: Non c'è grande possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, bisogna organizzarsi per i bagagli. I locali sottostanti erano a volte rumorosi. Non comodissima la scala a chiocciola interna.
