Good

Pros: Recommend. 1. Fantastic location! You can walk to everything in a few minutes! Even to the water front, which is nice! 2. Beautiful old building! Really has an old, historical vibe. Loved the high ceilings and balconies. The unit was very spacious! 3. The street in front is pedestrian-only. No cars! Also, no trash. No riff-raff. 4. REALLY comfortable bed! Slept well. 5. Met Lorenzo in person. I was lost in Palermo and he literally tracked me down and helped me carry a bag. With everyone doing remote/virtual/automation in Italy, I appreciate the human connection. He also let me check out around 11:30ish. 6. Big AC/heat units. Separate units for the living room and bedroom. Worked great! 7. WiFi was stable. Tested 12.9 mbps. I was working from 6pm to 3am, so this was very important. 8. Water was very hot. Good water pressure. 9. Warm lighting from lamps.

Cons: Nothing major. But after (5) nights paying over $100 per night, I make the following observations: 1. The bathroom could be improved. Sometimes it smelled. The shower itself was a tiny plastic cube. Rickety and in need of a replacement. It was not befitting of such a nice apartment. Why not have a bigger shower in such a spacious bathroom? Also, someone painted the tiles blue. Sloppy job. There are drops of blue paint on the sink. On the floor. On the sides of the shower. It does not look good. 2. The mini-fridge is old and leaked water all over my food. Ice forms in the \

Pros: Lorenzo met us outside. He had given us very clear directions how to find apartment off Via Roma. He was very helpful.The location so easy to walk to historic centre. The apartment had a little kitchenette so you could do breakfast yourself. The lift great not lots of steps. Lovely big comfortable bed. Bonus of air con. Very spacious apartment. Lovely coffee shops just outside apartment to the right The Sicilian restaurant to the left can't recall name. Transport so easy to get to Mondello beach for the day. Airport bus 10 minutes walk away. So much to see in Palermo. The locals all friendly and helpful. The glorious weather we had.

Cons: More pillows would be good but we managed for our stay. People outside shouting till 2 a.m. on Saturday night, traffic noise not a problem for us. The shutters helped a bit.

Cozy, comfy, clean, special

Pros: Lorenzo our host was fantastic. He met us to check in and explained everything. Apartment is cozy and comfortable. It was the Director of the Teatro Massimo’s apartment - and it feels amazing to be in his space! Sofa bed and bed are comfortable; shower has great hot water; kitchenette is useful and well-equipped, and the space is very clean. The location is perfect - on a pedestrian street so you have little street noise. Beautiful views. Elevator is great!

Cons: Couldńt get the espresso machine to work but I think I misunderstood the Italian instructions! Electricity would sometimes “trip” when putting the main electricity key in sockets, but easy enough to fix by adjusting main switch. Not a big deal. I know electricity in Italy is a little more sensitive in old buildings.

Pros: El apartamento es muy bonito, cómodo y muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro, ideal para disfrutar de la ciudad a pie. Lorenzo ha sido un anfitrión excepcional: muy amable, siempre disponible y atento a cualquier necesidad.

Pros: - es war alles sauber - uns hat es sehr gefallen, dass die Geschichte des Hauses, die besten Stadtteile, Restaurants, etc. alle strukturiert in einem kleinen Heft als Reise-Guide zusammengefasst wurden - großes Haus mit wunderschöner Decke

Pros: Definitivamente un alojamiento excelente. El host fue super predispuesto y comunicativo. La casa es increíble, con mucha personalidad e historia, cómoda y moderna. La ubicación funcionó muy bien para nosotros porque Plaza Politeama es bellísima y teníamos muchos locales cerca para comer. Definitivamente volvería.

Pros: 매일 멀리 창밖으로 유람선이 바뀌어져 세워져 있어서 새로운 기분이 들었다. 숙소는 깨끗하고 호스트도 친절헸다. 다만 밤늦게 밖에서 들리는 소음이 들릴때가 있고 샤워부스가 작아서 조금 불편한거 빼곤 좋았다.엘리베이터도 있어 짐 올리기에도 편함 버스정류장도 가까움

Torneremo presto! E voi non ve la perdete!

Pros: Posizione eccellente, due deliziosi balconi che affacciano su una strada pedonale molto tranquilla. Un’arredamento elegante in una casa bellissima.

Pros: Отличное расположение, чистая и светлая квартира. Есть всё необходимое на кухне и в ванной комнате. Кофемашина работала. Хороший матрас и ортопедические подушки дают возможность отдохнуть после насыщенного дня.

Pros: L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Lorenzo non hanno pari. Ci è venuto a prendere alla pensilina del pulman all'arrivo e ci ha consentito l'uso dell'appartamento anche dopo l'orario del checkout (il nostro volo era in tarda serata, in questo modo ci siamo potuti fare una doccia prima della partenza).

Cons: È andato tutto benissimo, ma se dobbiamo fare un appunto faremmo mettere dei doppi vetri perchè nonostante si sia al secondo piano, i rumori notturni sono forti.
