Great short stay accommodation and location

Pros: Location was ideal and easily accessible thanks to a small lift. It was within easy reach of hop on/hop off buses and all the main sites of Palermo. Many good restaurants nearby and also nearby are small shops and a supermarket. Roof terrace also allows you to sit outside if the weather is good.

Cons: Parking can be a problem and also the DTZ area can create additional cost and restrictions, although in reality, once you are at the property just leave your car and walk or catch the bus!!

Pros: Perfect for the stay! Good apartment with everything what you need! The rooftop is fantastic and the view there as well! The owner is really lovely and helps whenever is necessary!

Pros: •L'acueil de notre hôte, sa disponibilité et son écoute. Nos échanges écrits ont été faits dans nos langues respectives, et faits en français à l'oral (d'excellents conseils). •La rue calme, à 10mn à pied de la vieille ville, à proximité (80m) d'un arrêt de bus sur l'élégante Via Roma, les lignes de bus desservant de nombreux sites intéressants. •Une supérette à 50m peut suffire pour le quotidien. En sus nous avons trouvé les fruits de mer, poissons et primeurs aux marchés qui nous ont été conseillés par notre hôte. •L'ascenseur desservant le 3° étage. (Un escalier conduit au 4° et un deuxième, pour la terrasse au 5°).

Pros: Gute Lage,die Wohnung war ausreichend groß,2 Bäder, Klimaanlage und Küche,alles super.Das Beste ist eine riesengroße Dachterrasse😃.Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Unser Urlaub war sehr schön.Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen,wenn es uns nochmals nach Palermo verschlägt.

Cons: Einziges Manko,die Matratze war für unsere Verhältnisse zu hart.

Pros: La situation, l’appartement dans son ensemble et surtout la grande terrasse bien équipée.

Cons: Il serait bien d’installer des stores occultants pour les fenêtres ( il fait jour dans l’appartement dés le levé du jour…). La cuisine est petite pour cuisiner un minimum ( manque des ustensiles de cuisine : une seule casserole et poêle, pas de passoire ni de planche à découper… le lave-vaisselle est à nettoyer, le filtre est encrassé…
